THE CONCREATE STORY NOIDA
A Design studio that offers complete interior and exterior design solutions, refurbishment and customization of furniture and art. During the period of ten months I have worked on more than ten projects , I was exposed to all sorts of work from designing the space and creating its 3ds, managemnet of site ,vendor interaction and management, creating technical drawings such as electrical , kitchen , wardrobe drawings , etc. I also have knowledge of creating Pert chart and BOQs. .Here is a compilation of design works which were done by me and were finalised and are currently being executed.
Project 1 : Presidia , Gurgaon In this project “Many Moods of the summer “ my scope work was to make 3Ds and help in desiging the space. Made and executed Electrical , Kitchen and wardrobe drawings .

R.K. Malik and Associates is an architectural and interior firm, where I worked on software’s like AutoCAD and photoshop . I majorly worked on residential projects in which I designed interior elevations for a space , electrical drawings, false ceiling drawings , photoshop plans, making client presentation , BOQs along with visiting site tounderstand the glitch between plans on AutoCAD and th actual site .

This Project was a freelance project done for a client in Moradabad in May’22 . I had to design and execute the drawing room for them.

02 BPTP, GURUGRAM This is a design consultancy project in Gurguram. A 1200sq feet flat with a living/dining , master bedroom and a guestroom and an open kitchen . The Scope of the project was to design and provide all necessary drawings. This is an ongoing project here are some renders for entrance, living/dining area .

The Project aims to design a 3100 sq.feet fine dinein chinese restaurant in the city of Moradabad . The space is designed by keeping in mind the importance of longitivity in chinese culture and deriving the patterns and colours from from it.The space is capable of holding 70-80 people .This project has full set of construction Drawings. It is a 3100 sq. feet area with a dining space, a bar , kitchen and washrooms. The dining space consist of sofa and loose seating with modular system in place to accommodate large and small groups at once . Each space is divided using partitions to create zone for private areas and in the middle there is space for big groups. The bar has a sofa as well as floor seating with bar cum pantry counter . Both Bar and Dining area has been divided because it is a family restaurant .

Moradabad is a city in Uttar Pradesh . This city is called the Brass City . 40 % of Indian Handicrafts is exported from Moradabad . This city is an Industrial Hub of metal Products . But over the time the city has lost its shine and is moving backwards due to various reasons. This Project Intents to bring back its shine and work for the future of the city . Representing not only as a handicraft city but a city and design for the future.

PROJECT BRIEF : The project aims to design 6000 sq. feet Moradabad Manufacturing office. The idea is to create a Public end for the Moradabad manufacturing association for promoting Moradabad. The design would facilitate a space which will provide a business lounge which helps in community building , a training institute which could also be a multifunctional space to hold conferences , a space which gives the feeling of being in a trade fare as well as being in a business center with the setup for video conferencing. and providing experience through interiors with displaying the evolution of the brass industry in Moradabad .
