RThe water at the resort comes from an ancient aquifer deep underground and is naturally heated by the earthās core. Emerging from an artesian well over 1,000 feet below, the water is exceptionally hot and rich in minerals. To make it suitable for use in our pools, we cool the water through a combination of air convection and geothermal cooling, adjusting the temperature based on the season. During the summer, the water remains below body temperature, while in the winter, it is kept above 100 degrees.
