Description

This is a housing projects area that located in Sonosari consists of some functions : 3 mom and pop stores, a security unit, 4 commercial housing units, 2 exclusive housing units, a café and 5 bungalow units to rent. The principal told me to handle the bungalow units and to contribute in facade design of 4 commercial housing units. The clients asked the team to design in contemporer and minimalist style.

The commercial housing has 4 typical units which each unit is opposing the next units. The A-B-A-B pattern is chosen to create more privacy space but still create a proper open space. A big terrace designed to accomodate 2 small to medium cars with the entrance door on it’s side. The selection of dark color is intended to create a bold charisma of it’s contemporary facade shape. The combination of the dark color and wood accent is intended to create an elegant feel of it’s housing with some white-lined accents too. We also provide a mini garden on its facade that can be planted with a medium size and non-spreading tree as we visualized here with frangipani tree and peace lily as it’s bush. The dump box is designed to be functioned too as an aesthetic element. We also provide some space at the balcony that can be placed with planter box so the buyers can plant some hanging plants like lee kwan yew, ivy plants, or anything.
