SNO CONE AND SLUSH SYRUP
Lyons Ice Cap™ syrups for Sno Cones create unique and refreshing sno cones. By using a number of dispensing options, operators can add an array of flavorful drinks to their menu, inexpensively. Simply add Ice Cap flavors over shaved ice to create everyone’s favorite summer treat. Lyons Ice Cap Syrups are great tasting, easy to prepare, and affordable options for adding incremental profits all summer long.
ICE CAP SYRUPS FOR SNO CONES
• For sno cones add 1/2 to 1 oz. syrup to a scoop of shaved ice.
• For fun fruit flavored beverages, mix 1 part Ice Cap with 5 parts water and refrigerate, or serve over ice.
NEUTRAL SLUSH BASES
• Add one gallon EZ Neutral Slush to 4 1/2 gallons of water and freeze.
• For a 12 oz. slush, add 1/4 oz. of 8 Power slush flavor to frozen neutral slush base.
• Mix 1 quart Concentrated Neutral Slush Base with 10 lbs. of sugar. Add water to make to gallons of Ready to Freeze neutral slush base.
