March 8th & 9th

March 8th & 9th
The Post Classic Racing Association of NSW welcomes you to the 2025 Bridgestone Festival of Speed Motorcycle Classic. The festival has been an ongoing Historic Race meeting for over 20 years originally started by Bob Blyth (RIP). The PCRA took over from Bob with his blessing in the early 2000’s. It has evolved in time and taken various forms. Yes, we have been affected by Covid19, global financial crisis and the rising cost involved with racing. However, we have survived and continue to promote the wonderful sport of Historic Racing.
We have revised events for this year, combined and swapped around some classes so all categories get 5 heats each, much improved over the 3 from last year’s event. Potentially, this meeting promises to be an outstanding couple of days of racing. We continue to cater for all Periods & Capacities of Historic Racing and there are events for all Periods 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7, as well as Commuterlites, Superlites, Motolites, Productionlites and Sidecars of all capacities up to 1300ccc Modern & Historic, plus Supertwins & Supermonos.
Trade stands and club displays are present again along with some new and old sponsors. We would like to thank Bridgestone, Whites Racing Products, RB Racing, Western Motorcycles, Billeta, Pool Tables Australia, Area Property Services, Robinson Performance Engines, Wemoto, Annandale Leichardt Motorcycle Club, Chuqy Pty Ltd Chatswood Brake & Clutch, Shumack Engineering, Kincrome, Stay Upright & Shannons
We hope everyone, from competitors, officials & spectators, enjoys the 2 days of Historic Racing. Enjoy!
Ken Lindsay – PCRA President
