Beichen Light Home is the first work of Vanke Guanlan layout, with multi-dimensional composite space such as Star Square, one-stop 11 public matching and three-dimensional duplex garden, integrating multiple functional experiences such as social networking,reception,leisure,parentchild and sports.

Beichen Light Home has its own first and last bus station, kindergarten, social health center, cultural and sports facilities, etc., to comprehensively improve the quality of living and create a new generation of the urban life model of Vanke.

The project is near Niuhu Station, the first station of Metro Line 4 (it is expected to be opened to traffic in October 2020 , with a walking distance of about 1.4 kilometers); There is also Metro Line 22 (in the planning), which can quickly reach the central district of Shenzhen; Qingping Expressway reaches Futian.

The exhibition area is an idle office building opposite the street, the main entrance of the Beichen Light project. Vanke rents the fourth floor of the building Change to a temporary exhibition area, affected by the shape of the building, the main display surface is curved, and the design adopts glass and aluminum.The way to fit the curved surface.

The project creates a duplex garden born in the sun, bringing vitality and temperature to daily life. And break the neighborhood boundary, take the life scene of functional collection into consideration, and comprehensively improve the quality of living.

The design of the exhibition area should correspond to the project concept, and show the project quality as the main direction.
