Annual Gala Ziegfeld Ballroom
SEPTEMBER 28, 2023
Dear Friends,
It is with distinct pleasure that we welcome you to the Lymphoma Research Foundation’s (LRF) 2023 Annual Gala. Tonight is a special celebration, as we gather to celebrate our most deserving honorees and recognize their work to support the Foundation and the greater lymphoma community.
This evening we are delighted to recognize two innovators in lymphoma research and dedicated patient advocates. LRF will present Kara M. Kelly, MD with our Distinguished Leadership Award in recognition of her work as a trailblazing lymphoma researcher, dedicated pediatric oncologist, and global expert in the field of adolescent and young adult (AYA) blood cancers. Dr. Kelly is also a member of LRF’s prestigious Scientific Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the Foundation’s international AYA Lymphomas Consortium. Genmab will be presented with the LRF Corporate Leadership Award for the company’s pioneering work in antibody therapeutics for the treatment of cancer and supporting the Foundation’s research initiatives and educational programs for people with lymphoma/CLL and their care partners.
This year, we gather to share the many stories of hope made possible by the Lymphoma Research Foundation. Your support to the Annual Gala allows LRF to make greater investments in scientific breakthroughs and improved patient care. The legacy and lasting impact of this evening’s event will touch patients, caregivers, physicians, and the entire cancer community in ways beyond measure. It is with deep gratitude that we thank you for the hope you make possible for those with lymphoma.
With gratitude,
