Nearly four years ago, EcoAction Arlington realized the need to become more active in supporting policies, programs, and laws to create a safe and healthy planet for all and move Arlington toward a more sustainable community. As a small nonprofit, the most effective means of advocating for the adoption or institution of county-wide policies and laws was by leading advocacy campaigns and joining with individuals and environmental organizations to drive change.
