Located at the heart of the Purdue University campus, Purdue Conferences has the facilities and services to accommodate groups of 10 to 6,000. Conference attendees can enjoy the comfort and excitement of the collegiate environment year-round. Purdue’s conference facilities and services are dedicated to the education of those attending conferences, meetings, and events on campus. 20 dedicated meeting rooms (classrooms may become available during summer months), 8 dining rooms with seating for 10 to 900, exhibit space, full-service, on-campus hotel available year-round, 6,000 beds in the university residences (available June 1 - August 1), on-site audio-visual and presentation equipment and media technologies, professional conference coordination and registration services, a variety of recreational activities, including the Recreational Sports Center and (2) 18-hole golf courses.
Purdue University has a variety of dedicated meeting space all across campus, all can be booked through the Purdue Conferences. The majority of dedicated meeting space is located in one of two buildings both connected to the Purdue Union Club Hotel by hallways or underground tunnel. Stewart Center can accommodate groups of 10 to 500 in its 20 meeting rooms ranging from 900 to 2,900 square feet. A registration area is also available to welcome attendees and two auditoriums are also available; Fowler Hall, a 400 seat theater and Loeb Playhouse, a 1,000 seat theater. The Purdue Memorial Union also contains a variety of meeting space with diverse restaurants and a nice offering of recreational activities. The largest room in the Union is the Ballroom which can be one room or two and can accommodate up to 1200 standing people. Elliott Hall, located just a short walk or bus ride away from Stewart Center is Purdue’s main theater space, seating 6,005 on three levels, one of the largest proscenium theaters in the United States.
