COMPASSION CIRCLE WORKSHOP 18th March 2015 LWFCI-UK would like to invite all parents, carers, teachers and other workers to come along to hear our guest speaker Andy Bradley director of Frameworks 4 Change speaking about "Compassion Circle" . This workshop will explores the value and importance of developing a consistent culture of compassionate care for children with special education needs and people with learning disabilities. Wednesday 18th March 2015 from 5:30pm -7pm . Venue : Bromley United Reformed church, 20 Widmore Road, Bromley, BR1 1RY As a parent , carer or staff, you may find there are times when you need a bit of extra information and advice to cope with difficult situation. This workshop will give you a brief overview of how to create a 'wave of compassion' to transform how we care for ourselves, each other, and those most vulnerable people we care for and needing our support. Guest Speaker: Andy Bradley Andy Bradley was recognized by the Observer Newspaper and NESTA as one of 'Britain's 50 Radicals', he was also one of the speakers at the Learning Disability Today conference last year at the Olympia conference Centre and he give hands- on support to people with learning disabilities and older people to build a legacy of compassion in health and social care.
