COMMITTEE AND HUDDLE MEMBERS HONORED FOR 2022 CONTRIBUTIONS

The Las Vegas Bowl recognized two Committee members and two Huddle members for going above and beyond during the 2022 season. Lisa Motley, LVCVA Senior Director of Sports and Special Events, was selected Committee MVP, while Juan Ambriz, General Manager, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, was named Committee Rookie of the Year.

For their extraordinary efforts, Michelle Feather, Designer for Fluff n Plume, was named Huddle MVP, and Dawn Low, Principal/Office Manager, Superior Plumbing & Drain was selected Huddle Rookie of the Year.
“Our Committee and Huddle members are key to the success of our game,” said Executive Director John Saccenti. “It’s been a pleasure to have Lisa, Juan, Michelle and Dawn on board to support the efforts of the Las Vegas Bowl staff, Committee and Huddle.”





The Las Vegas Bowl Huddle Thrives On Community Involvement

The Las Vegas Bowl Huddle was created to support the overall mission of the Las Vegas Bowl in the community. The Huddle focuses annually on elevating the bowl’s presence in the market through community activations and charitable support.








And there has been no off-season for the Huddle as the group has planned monthly events through the spring and summer. To date, the group has distributed $30,000 in Grants to Clark County teachers to assist funding for innovative sports and leadership projects, participated in Make-A-Wish Walk for Wishes event where MakeA-Wish Southern Nevada raised over $500,000 for children with critical illnesses, and anchored the No. 17 tee box during the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl VIP Golf Outing as it raised another $2,000 to put towards Grants for the Extra Yard for Teachers program.

The Big Ten and Pac-12 Conferences combine to list nine teams among the Top 25 in the latest ESPN College Football Power Index. Ohio State takes the top spot overall followed by No. 6 Michigan and No. 7 USC.
