abrizio Allur is probably the youngest São Paulo tailor to launch his own brand. In his 27 years old, in 2010, he officially launched his brand.

He has large experience in male outfits in São Paulo. He started working when he was 15 years old in Ricardo Almeida's atelier, where he has learned the tailoring maneuvers. Later, he headed the João Camargo staff, from where he left to open his own business.

His eyes shine as he flicks through the tissue sample palette - it is the focus of his tailoring.

He calls himself "very daring", as he "has always wanted to do something different." Actually, he does different suits. His suits, Blazers and vests have colored liners, for the costumer's choice. The pants are lighter, made in tailoring, but with a jeans shape. The shirting is his specialty, because he has a sewing that highlights the silhouette. It is a hit!

uase toda mulher que conheço, seja cheinha ou não, sempre acha que precisa perder peso, fazer dieta, exercícios. Algumas recorrem às cirurgias plásticas para alcançar a silhueta desejada e mesmo quando o resultado é fantástico continuam insatisfeitas.

Concordo que uma alimentação balanceada e exercícios devam fazer parte da nossa rotina, tudo em nome da saúde e bem estar; mas a busca frenética, muitas vezes sem m, pelo corpo dito ideal, a ditadura da magreza , deve ser evitada. Mes mo porque, metas impossíveis de serem alcançadas, dietas rigorosíssimas que não passam de modismos e até restringem importantes alimentos, só nos fazem assaltar a geladeira , após alguns dias de tentativa. É enorme o número de mulheres que perdem programas para não sairem da dieta, passam horas na academia, se sentem desconfortáveis e inseguras por não terem uma silhueta longilínea ou "sarada", ou qualquer outro modelo imposto como ideal pela mídia.

Beauty is not just made up of lines and perfect bodies, but, personality, charm, style, mystery, charm, the achievements of each of us. The important thing is to feel good and safe with our bodies, with our weight, but this will make a difference.

To help them, I've listed some tips to refine the silhouette and make them feel good.

Looks monochrome, to dress yourself from head to toe with a single color, as they have the effect of lengthening the silhouette.

arininha Castro Prado é uma jovem de atitude. À frente dos negócios da família, com apenas 27 anos de idade, mostra-se uma mulher decidida, de personalidade forte e também muito divertida.

Do lado paterno, nossa entrevistada possui ascendência espanhola. Seu avô, Bohor Gabriel Almosnino, chegou ao Brasil fugindo do horror da Segunda Guerra mundial. Aqui, casou-se com uma gaúcha, Luíza, tendo como principal negócio da família, uma fábrica de doces em São Caetano do Sul, no ABC paulista.

Do lado materno, sua origem é portuguesa. O avô, Antonio de Castro Prado Neto, foi pioneiro no automobilismo brasileiro. Ganhou vários campeonatos e disputou provas na Europa. Morreu em 1981, num acidente durante um treino no autódromo de Guaporé (RS), a uma prova de se tornar campeão da Fórmula 2 daquele ano. Em Ribeirão Preto, interior paulista, há uma homenagem no cartódromo e no museu que trazem o nome do avô, de quem a socialite herdou a paixão por carros e velocidade.

Marininha nasceu na maternidade Pro Matre, em São Paulo. Com o falecimento dos pais, passou a viver com a avó Luíza. Residiu em vários bairros da capital: na Ala-

arininha Castro Prado is a young woman with attitude. Heading the family business, with only yearsold, old,sheshe a woman of daring, with 27 years is aiswoman of daring, with strong strong personality and very funny.

From her father's, our interviewee has Spanish origins. Her grandfather, Bohor Gabriel Almosnino, has arrived in Brazil running away from the horror of the Second World War. From her mother's, she has a Portuguese origin.

The grandfather, Antonio de Castro Prado Neto, was a pioneer in the Brazilian racing. He has won many championship and has participated in races on Europe. He died in 1981, in an accident during a practice session in Guaporé (RS) race track, one race away of becoming the champion of Formula 2 in that year. In Ribeirão Preto, countryside of São Paulo, there is an honor in the kart racing track and in the museum that carry her grandfather's name, from whom the socialite has inherited the passion for cars and speed.

Marininha was born in Pro Matre maternity, in São Paulo. As her parents passed away, she lived with her grandmother Luiza. She has lived in many neighborhoods in

the capital: on Alameda Tiête, in Jardins, in a small palace in Granja Viana, on Horário Lafer street, in Itaim Bibi. When she was 18 she decided to live alone to have more freedom and to raise her dogs. She has lived in a loft on Panamby and today she lives in a penthouse in the same neighborhood. A real oasis inside the city. By opening the windows, Marina is surrounded by trees and a beautiful vegetation. A privilege that she shares with her four dogs, three cats and some fishes.

She has attended to Law classes at PUC-SP as audit student, but it was in the daily practice, running the family business, she learned a lot in this area. Easily deals with legal issues, however other courses allow her to put into practice some of her passions, such as Veterinary Medicine, because she likes animal a lot or Oceanography, because she loves the sea. She is also interested in Public Relations, because of her easiness in communication with people from different cultures.

Marininha, atualmente você possui um quadro no programa Circuito Society. Qual o foco desse quadro e o que você traz para os telespectadores?

O Oprograma programa éé sobre sobre oo mercado mercado de luxo, mas o meu meu quadro quadro vai muito além desse universo. Uso minha experiência pessoal para mostrar um estilo de vida interessante, com humor. Não é apenas gastar dinheiro consumindo marcas badaladas. Eu mostro que o bom gosto e a diversão independem do poder econômico. É possível ser chique e fazer da vida uma grande festa sem necessariamente gastar milhões.

O que é moda e o que é luxo para você?

Moda não é ser refém das tendências nem vítima dos modismos. Não é simplesmente copiar looks de blogs e revistas. Na minha opinião, moda é personalidade e atitude. Cada pessoa deve fazer a própria moda, de acordo com sua história, suas influências, seus gostos. O que você veste se torna a sua marca registrada. Luxo é viver experiências únicas, que vão deixar boas lembranças. Pode ser um jantar especial, uma temporada em um resort, uma viagem com amigos. É claro que fazer compras também é um luxo. Como você interage com a moda? Você segue tendências ou possui um estilo próprio?

Já comprei muito por impulso. Cheguei a comprar a mesma calça em dez cores diferentes. Certa vez comprei um jeans e, quando cheguei em casa, vi que já tinha um igual no closet. Hoje eu só compro o que realmente vou usar. Sou seletiva. Conheço bem a moda, já fiz curso de designer, cheguei a desenhar roupas e joias pra mim. Não abro mão de consumir bolsas e sapatos de grifes conceituadas. Bons acessórios são fundamentais, seja usando um vestido de gala ou simplesmente jeans e camiseta Hering. Não tenho um estilo definido. Depende do dia, da ocasião. O que não abro mão é de me vestir com personalidade, independentemente do que está na moda.

Você gosta de viajar? Qual é o lugar de sua preferência, para o qual voltaria mais vezes?

Adoro viajar. Conheço uns dez países. Os Alpes Suíços e a Polinésia Francesa estão entre os meus destinos preferidos. Tenho algumas viagens marcadas para este ano. Em abril vou para o Salão Internacional do Móvel de Milão. Antes disso, farei gravações em “Punta del Este”.

Recentemente estive num “resort” maravilhoso, o Kenoa, em Barra de São Miguel, Alagoas. Fiquei um mês, moraria naquele lugar! Adoro conhecer hotéis. Presto atenção na decoração, no atendimento da equipe, nas atrações de lazer. Faço questão de me hospedar em suíte presidencial ou equivalente. É um luxo que vale cada centavo investido.

Adoro carros, tenho três. Minhas marcas preferidas são “Porsche e BMW”. Gosto também da imponência dos modelos “Bentley” e dos jipes “Hummer”. Para joias sou clássica: “Van Cleef & Arpels e Chopard”. Pérolas eu prefiro da Júlio Okubo.

Por exemplo: diverti-me muito quando fui a uma festa de aniversário na casa da minha empregada, na comunidade de Paraisópolis. Adoro estar na companhia de pessoas queridas.

Marininha, you currently have a TV sketch on Circuito Society program. What is the focus of this sketch and what do you bring to the viewers?

The program is about the luxury market, but my sketch goes much further than this universe. I use my personal experience to show an interesting life style, in a funny way. It is not only spending money consuming trendy brands. I show that good taste and fun are not related to economic power. It is possible to be chic and make life a great party with not necessarily spending millions.

What is fashion and what is luxury for you?

Fashion is not to hold hostage of trends nor victim of fad. It is not simply copy looks from blogs and magazines. In my opinion, fashion is personality and attitude. Each person must make their own fashion, according to their history, influences and preferences. What you wear becomes your trademark. Luxury is living unique experiences, that will leave good memories. It can be a special dinner, a season on a resort, a trip with friends. Of course shopping is also luxury. I love it!

How dodo you interact How you interactwith withfashion? fashion?Do Doyou youfollow follow the trends or you have your own style?

I have already bought a lot by impulse. I have already bought the same pair of pants in ten different colors. There was a time I bought a jeans and, when I got home, I noticed I had the same one on my closet. Today I only buy what I will really wear.

I am selective. I know fashion very well, I have studied design, I have drawn clothes and jewelry for myself. I do not give up on

consuming purses and shoes from renowned brands.

Good accessories are essential, either wearing a party dress or simply wearing jeans and Hering T-shirt. I do not have a defined style. Depends on the day, the occasion.

What I do not give up on is dressing up with personality, no matter what is on the trends.

What are your objects of desire?

I love cars, I have three. My favorite brands are Porsche and BMW. I also like the impressiveness of the Bentley models and the Hummer jeep. For jewelry I am classic: Van Cleef & Arpels and Chopard. Pearls I prefer from Júlio Okubo.

Como você concilia os vários compromissos sociais com as atividades de empresária?

Nas fases mais ativas faço musculação, esteira e treino boxe. Sigo dieta sem glúten. Procuro me manter entre 48 e 50 kg. Só não resisto a um bom chocolate de marcas como “Godiva, Lindt e Chocolat du Jour”. Na cozinha gosto de preparar risotos e massas para os amigos. Faz sucesso uma receita de bacalhau que aprendi com minha avó.

Meu dia a dia é cronometrado. Tenho um assessor, Matheus Calazans, que é meu braço direito.

Mas apesar de trabalhar bastante e viajar muito para cuidar dos negócios da família, sempre encontro tempo para jantar com amigos. Disso não abro mão. >>

my favorite destinations. I have some trips scheduled for this year. In April I will go to the Milan International Furniture Fair. Before that I will record in Punta del Este. Recently, I have been to a wonderful resort, Kenoa, in Barra de São Miguel, Alagoas. I have stayed a month, I would live there! I love meeting hotels. I pay attention in the decoration, in the team service, in the leisure activities. I insist on getting hosted on presidential suites or similar. It is a luxury that worth every penny invested. I plan to invest in hotel business.

What are your hobbies?

I love sailing, driving strong cars, receiving friends on my house, eating out. I prefer intimate activities. my time on parties has passed. I value more simple things. For instance: I had a lot of fun when I went to a birthday party on my maid's house, in Paraisópolis community. I love to be around beloved people.

How do you take care of your health? Do you go on diets, practice exercises or sports?

Aos 15 anos surgiu o sonho de ter uma “PorscheCayenne”.Realizeiquandoestava “Porsche Cayenne”. Realizei quando estava com com 21. Não foi nada planejado. Saí de casa para ir ao salão de beleza e quando passei por uma concessionária, pedi ao motorista para entrar.

É verdade que você pretende atuar como atriz em novelas?

Hoje estou focada na carreira de apresentadora. Mas poderia, sim, fazer uma novela. De preferência uma vilã que fosse odiada pelo público. Penso em emfazer fazer um um curso curso em em uma uma pelopúblico.Penso escola conceituada, como a do diretor Wolf Maya, da Rede Globo, para exercitar esse desejo de atuar. Não faria pela fama, e sim pelo prazer de contracenar com grandes atores.

Quais são os seus projetos para 2015?

Trabalhar muito e produzir matérias fantásticas para o programa de TV. Quero investir em conteúdo exclusivo para o “YouTube” e também pretendo ter um tigre, assim como o empresário e cantor Reinaldo Kherlakian. Adoraria ver o animal circulando pela casa durante as minhas festas. Também estou enlouquecida para comprar uma casa em João Pessoa e pretendo investir em hotelaria no Nordeste.

Have you fulfilled a big dream?

When I was 15 I had the dream of having a Porsche Cayenne. I have fulfilled it when I was 21. It was not planned. I left home to go to the hair saloon and when I passed in front of a dealership, I asked the driver to enter. I came back home with a neat hair and a marvelous car!

What are your projects for 2015?

Work a lot and produce amazing stories for the TV show. I want to invest in exclusive content for YouTube and I also intend to have a tiger, just like the entrepreneur and singer Reinaldo Kherlakian. I would love to see the animal circulating through the house during my parties. I am also crazy about buying a house in João Pessoa and I intend to invest in hotel business in Northeast region. Who knows, maybe we finish the year with all this achievements!

Florida, in the United States, has arising everyday more the attention of Brazilians. I travel the world meeting countries and places with different cultures. I have chosen Miami as international connection, term used to define the habit of often living the same place, almost as if I was going to a beach house or going to the family farm in the countryside in the weekend.

For that choice, I have taken a number of points into account that make all the difference, as the distance: I find it practical to fly 7 hours and 37 minutes, and, in only one night sleep, get there. the country system, the security and infrastructure provide us with a great life quality, beside being the shopping paradise.

Every visit is a new experience. But it was on my vacation, in such warm city, in the middle of "summertime", that I could experience the best pleasures of life: gastronomy, shopping, entertainment and spas. The language is not a problem: speaking Portuguese is now common. Today, Florida has hundreds os Brazilian habitants.

A primeira preocupação do cirurgião é a de obter o melhor resultado estético com a menor cicatriz possível, mas há casos em que o excesso de pele é muito grande e o resultado estético nal é melhor, mesmo com a cicatriz.

Nos casos em que a acidez severa é associada ao excesso de gordura localizada, além da cirurgia de lifting ou rejuvenescimento, do mesmo modo que se faz com as coxas, recomenda-se uma lipoaspiração na região.

If the moderate flaccidity is associated to local fat, it is indicated the liposuction, because it not only removes the excess of fat but also stimulates the skin retraction, if it is performed with the correct technique. The result of a liposuction in this cases is better than those from weight loss diets from the region because while the liposuction results in a discreet retraction of the skin, the weight loss there is a tendency of worsening the flaccidity.

In the most severe flaccidity cases the optional treatment is the arms lifting surgery. In this surgery all the skin excess of the region is dried and, depending of the quantity of skin removed, the scar can be very small, almost imperceptible. But, it can also be bigger, even reaching the

whole extension of the arm, in more severe cases. the first worry of the surgeon is to obtain the best aesthetic result with the smallest scar possible, but in some cases that the skin excess is too big and the aesthetic outcome is better, even with the scar.

It is important to reflect that wealth of a person certainly will reflect positively in the others wealth, in job growth or consumption. In this case, both win!

Luxury if formed by dreams. Dreams of those who create the product, the brand, the service, in order to be absolutely perfect and make people happy. In the very beginning, what all of us want is happiness, no matter how

it is, and luxury provides this feeling. At this moment, we forget prices, difficulties, efforts, and everything else that led us to the achievement, and we simply smile!

Thus, in the acquisition of something financially very expensive, such as an airplane, a big diamond. Alternatively, in the value given by a hug from someone you love, the birth of child, priceless luxuries, the important thing is to know how to separate and respect the luxuries and moments lived for every one of us.

O que também se nota é que cresce o número de consumidores que buscam a qualidade do produto, e não somente a relevância da marca. Na Europa, apesar da crise que assola empresas e países, o mercado de luxo apesar de não estar crescendo dois dígitos, continua bem. O varejo no continente ultrapassa 200 bilhões de euros, isso sem contar gastos com automóveis, hotelaria, iates, helicópteros, jatinhos e outros itens luxuosos que chegam a 1 trilhão de euros.

No Brasil, consumidores da região Sul e Nordeste do País são as grandes promessas, sem contar que no Nordeste o mercado de Luxo cresceu 35% em 2014 e tem boas perspectivas para 2015.

Today, a lot more people has access to this universe, and even the tourists who travel around the world contribute to keep this booming economical market. What is also noticed is the increasing number of consumers who look for the product quality, and not only the brand relevance. In Europe, besides the crisis that ravage companies and countries, the luxury market even not growing two digits, continues fine. The market in the continent surpasses 200 billion euros, not counting automotive, hotel, yacht, helicopters, jets and other luxurious expenses that reach 1 trillion euros.

Anyone can go to a hotel, but nothing prevents the hotels of having a personality, such as restaurants, gyms, rooms decoration, bar. So, what is also necessary to be done in this market is to customize to be different from the competitors. In Paris there are many famous luxury brand stylists signing hotel rooms or restaurants, not mentioning the airplanes and cars interiors.

It is possible to grow more, because this market has no limit. There are airline companies that offer an entire room inside the airplane for the passenger. Although the money of these companies come from economic classes, having these rooms seduces this consumer who can, in the future, be part of this market.

In Brazil, consumers from the South and Northeast regions of the country are the great promises, not mentioning that in the Northeast the Luxury market has increases 34% in 2014 and it has good perspectives for 2015.

LUXO É REALIZAR OS SONHOS REINALDO KHERLAKIAN CANTA E ENCANTA COM A VOZ QUE VEM DO CORAÇÃO

á apenas cinco anos, Reinaldo Kherlakian teve uma experiência que lhe despertou a veia musical e deu início a uma nova fase na sua vida, repleta de sonhos e trabalho árduo.

Aos 55 anos, encontrava-se morando em Nova York. Uma noite, adentrou um desses bares tipicamente americanos e, despretensiosamente, pegou o microfone e pôs-se a cantar. Qual não fora a sua surpresa ao ser aplaudido e receber gorjetas para que continuasse a apresentação.

No dia seguinte, foi assistir ao espetáculo "Jersey Boys", de Frank Vally e cou impressionado com todo o musical! Estes dois episódios contribuíram para que surgisse o desejo de cantar pro ssionalmente e Reinaldo deu início à concretização desse sonho.

Passouaabuscar buscartodas todasas asinformações informações técPassou nicas e demais ensinamentos sobre a música e sobre a arte de cantar. Fez aulas de canto, aprendeu as vocalizeseoempostamentodevoz.Retornando calizes e o empostamento de voz. Retornando ao ao Brasil, cercou-se dos melhores pro ssionais na área, empenhando-se com muita paixão neste projeto.

Desde então, Reinaldo aprendeu de tudo um pouco e cuida pessoalmente de cada detalhe, desde os ensaios, a iluminação, o som, o gurino.

Atualmente, conta com uma equipe de mais de 40 pro ssionais que transformam cada apresentação em um verdadeiro espetáculo!

Para se ter uma ideia, Reinaldo investiu em um gurino luxuoso para seus shows, apresentando-se em ternos e sapatos com aplicações de cristais Swarovski, um verdadeiro luxo com o qual presenteia seus fãs, demonstrando respeito e atenção com aqueles que prestigiam seu trabalho.

Além do talento nato, o sucesso dessa nova carreira é fruto do trabalho bem feito, da intensa dedicação no aperfeiçoamento da técnica e da verdadeira interpretação, a nal, Reinaldo canta com o coração, deixando a orar a sensibilidade e as emoções em suas músicas românticas.

Dentre os cantores que lhe inspiram nessa jornada, estão Cauby Peixoto, Elvis Presley, Julio Iglesias, Roberto Carlos e Paul Anka. Nosso querido Reinaldo também se prepara para os diversos shows já marcados e para os vários projetos que terão início neste ano de 2015. Dentre eles, o projeto "Reinaldo Kherlakian apresenta as Divas", com shows nacionais e internacionais, em que foi convidado a dividir os palcos com grandes cantoras que fazem parte do cenário nacional.

Fora dos palcos, Kherlakian tem um grande hobby que é voar. É piloto devidamente licenciado, possui seu próprio helicóptero e pratica a atividade por volta de três a quatro vezes por semana. Também aprecia carros diferenciados e montar e desmontar os motores também faz parte de seu hobby.

Na intimidade, Reinaldo é um homem carismático, de hábitos simples, porém re nados, como a sua educação e cultura.

De origem armênia, gosta de carros, gosta de voar e sempre teve uma paixão especial por animais.

LUXURY IS TO FULFILL DREAMS Reinaldo Kherlakian sings and enchants with his voice that comes from the heart

or only five years, Reinaldo Kherlakian had an experience that woke up his artistic vein and started his new stage of life, full of dreams and hard work.

With 55 years old, he was living in New York. One night, he entered in one of these typically American bars and, unassumingly, grabbed the microphone and started to sing. And what a surprise when he was applauded and started to receive some tips to continue singing.

On the next day, he went to the play "Jersey Boys", from Frank Vally and was impressed with the entire musical! These two episodes had contributed for the insurgence of his desire of singing professionallu and Reinaldo started the fulfillment of this dream.

He started to look for all the technical information and other lessons about music and the art of singing. He had singing lessons, had learned the vocalizes and the voice collocation. Comming back to Brazil, he surrounded himself with the best professionals in the field, working hard with a lot of passion in this project.

Since then, Reinaldo has learned a little bit of everything and takes personal care of each detail, since reharsals, illumination, the sound and the dressing. Currently, with a team of more than 40 professional who transform each presentation in a real performance!

Você teve inspiração em algum artista?

Desde as primeiras pinceladas, tive como inspiração Tomie Ohtake. Também me encanto extraordinariamente com as obras de Van Gogh.

Você segue alguma técnica específica?

Sempre amei pintar com tinta a óleo e hoje trabalho, principalmente, com tinta acrílica, mas também adoro nanquim e giz pastel. Não sigo regras, sou altamente intuitiva.

O que você pretende expressar com suas obras?

Meu objetivo é ver no que o branco da tela pode se transformar e sentir a reação daquele que a observa. Não quero chocar. Quero ver sorrir os olhos!

São Paulo, Santa Catarina e Milão estão na programação para eu expor minhas obras. O ano de 2015 será determinante para concretizar projetos, com dedicação, foco e fé, além de muitos pincéis e tintas!

n its 10 years of career, Suzy Fukushima continues to thank all those who contribute for her stubbornness flame keeps burning! According to the artist, paiting requires dedication, sensitiveness, a lot of study, patience and also stubbornness!

In this path, Suzy has learned a lot, she has had the unconditional support from her family and friends and has concluded that she was in the right way!

Luxus Magazine has been with this sensitive and with a great soul artist and shows a little of her peculiar world.

Suzy, how did your passion for the art start?

I have started dreaming with art when I won an award on the seventh year of Elementary school. I have made painting courses with Abegair Braun and Dulce Paladini, with whom I have learned a lot about movement and creativity.

Did you have the inspiration in any artist?

Since the first strokes, I have as an inspiration Tomie Ohtake. I also feel absolutely amazed by the Van Gogh work.

Do you follow any specific technique?

I have I havealways alwaysloved lovedoil oilpainting paintingand andtoday today IIwork, work, mainly mainly with acrylic ink, but I also love India ink and pastels. I do not follow rules, I am highly intuitive.

What do you intend to express with your work?

My aim is to see what the canvas white can become and feel the reaction of those who observe it. I do not want to shock.

How were your experiences abroad?

USA, Italy, Portugal and Germany have received my work. But I love Paris and all the art history it carries. French people talk about art as soccer supporters talk about their teams! It is part of the their atmosphere and this is what amazes me!

evolução do luxo levou à criação de dois mundos paralelos e muito distintos. Por um lado, temos o luxo tradicional, inacessível, dos jatos de 20 milhões de dólares, das residências de 50 milhões de dólares, iates de 100 milhões de dólares e obras de arte de 200 milhões de dólares. Nem os ganhadores da Mega-Sena conseguem entrar neste mundo. Apenas alguns milhares, em todo o mundo, com patrimônio próximo ou superior a um bilhão de dólares, mas que representam um patrimônio que somado é superior a 10 trilhões de dólares, valor próximo ao do PIB americano.

De outro lado, temos aqueles que podem consumir eventualmente o luxo inacessível, mas que são os grandes consumidores do novo luxo, o luxo acessível. São cerca de cinco milhões de pessoas no mundo, que possuem patrimônio que somado é superior a 60 trilhões de dólares, valor próximo ao total do PIB mundial, e que transformaram o mercado do luxo a partir dos anos 1980, levando ao surgimento e crescimento dos grandes conglomerados de marcas de luxo e a maior variedade de oferta de luxo.

limitado, pelo seu poder aquisitivo à parte do luxo inacessível, e que se tornaram os grandes consumidores do luxo acessível.

Para os HENRY, o conceito de luxo pode ser muito diferente do tradicional. Mais do que aspectos físicos de luxuosidade, como mármores, ar condicionado ou elevadores exclusivos, eles valorizam reconhecimento, serviços, pessoal quali cado e talentoso, emoções, experiências e lembranças únicas e inesquecíveis. São pessoas em momento de crescimento pessoal e pro ssional, e otimistas em termos de consumo, desejando cada vez mais acesso ao mercado do luxo. Ainda estão aprendendo os signos e as linguagens do luxo, e estão dispostas a gastar para provar que pertencem ao mundo do luxo.

Para as empresas, este segmento representa uma grande oportunidade de permanecer e crescer com eles ao longo do tempo, se compreender suas necessidades e souber como delizá-los.

he evolution of luxury resulted in the creation of two parallel and very distinct worlds. On the one hand, we have the traditional luxury, inaccessible, comprising jets of 20 million dollars, houses of 50 million dollars, yatches of 100 million dollars and artwork of 200 million dollars. Not even the winners of Mega-Sena can get into this world , only a few thousand, over the world, with equity close or above one billion dollars, but that represent an equity that summed up is superior to 10 trillion dollars, a value close to the American GDP. On the other hand, we have those that can eventually consume this inaccessible luxury, but are the great consumers of the new luxury, the accessible luxury. They are about 5 million people in the world, with equity that summed up is superior to 60 trillion dollars, a value close to the world GDP, and that have transformed the luxury market from the 80's on, leading to the appearance and growth of the great conglomerates of luxury brands and greater variety of offer of luxury.

Out of this second group of 5 million people, about 50 thousand of them have already come close to the world of inaccessible luxury, but still cannot but all the luxury they desire, but have to choose, for instance, between spending 100 million on a yatch or an artwork, not being able to buy both without concentrating his equity too much, reducing his liquidity and increasing the level of risk of his investment. He has to choose between less quantity or less quality. These have an equity that in total is superior to 11 trillion dollars, and so are a segment of similar size to the inaccessible luxury segment.

The remaining 4.95 million are known are HENRY, which means High Earners Not Rich Yet, a group that includes all that have access, but limited by their purchasing power to part of the inaccessible luxury, and that have become great consumers of the accessible luxury.

For the HENRY, the concept of luxury can be very different from the traditional. More than the physical aspects of luxuosity, like marble, air conditioning of exclusive lifts, they value knowledge, services, qualified and talented people, emotions, experiences and unique and unforgetful experiences. They are people in a moment of personal and professional growth, optimist in ter ms of consumption, desiring to have more access to the luxury market. They are still learning the signs and language of luxury, and are willing to spend to prove that they belong to the world of luxury.

For companies, this segment represents a great opportunity to remain and grow with them over time, if they understand their needs and learn how to fidelize them.

fato que existe o amor dos pais pelos lhos, porém, nem sempre é algo tão simples e fácil de lidar. Mesmo o amor e o afeto passam por diversas fases e situações, e mais difícil, ainda, é respeitar as diferenças de cada um.

Isso ocorre por um simples motivo: cada lho, mesmo educado de forma parecida, apresenta e possui comportamentos muito diferentes dos irmãos e isto, às vezes, gera grandes con itos.

O ciúme e a possessividade podem estar presentes entre os irmãos e, quando isso acontece, requer cuidado imediato, pois em longo prazo podem acarretar problemas sérios para os envolvidos e, por consequência, para toda a família. É bem visível quando um irmão se incomoda com o sucesso do outro ou com o jeito mais empático e sociável de ser. Por conta disso pode até se isolar e se tornar mais tímido, fechado, ou, muitas vezes, agressivo em família ou socialmente. behavior for the entire life, reflecting on work, dating, marriage and even on their own offspring relation.

And who suffers with it? The answer is simple: everyone. This jealousy and rage may destroy a family, the most noble values, including wealth and allotments, everything because of something not cared and not treated in the early ages.

As jealousy between siblings is something very old, but that follows us up until now, we recommend the parents to be aware! Observe, treat and look for help for the whole family, because every member is affected in a different way, with many consequences. A balanced family is the result of constant work and follow-up.

By and large, the jealousy, if taken care, treated and guided on the right time, can avoid deep damages on the individual.
