De início, cou encantado com a imensa São Paulo. Adaptou-se rápido, e após dois anos vivendo aqui, numa das vezes que retornou de suas viagens à Itália, pensou: estou em casa.

Trabalhou na multinacional Visconti, e desde muito cedo, entendeu a importância da Italcam, sendo um de seus membros. Sempre se esforçou em unir estas duas potências econômicas, principalmente pelo fato de que, no Brasil, há em torno de 25 milhões de brasileiros descendentes de italianos, havendo excelente relacionamento entre os dois povos.

Durante seu período como Senador Italiano pela jurisdição da América do Sul, fez um importante trabalho de aproximação entre os dois países.

ano de 2014 ainda promete muitas realizações.

De no como um ano vibrante, positivo e com boas energias. E, a Copa de 2014, para muitos, foi um mês de férias e futebol, desfrutando os prazeres da vida e viajando pelo nosso Brasil. Posso indicar lugares incríveisque críveis que me me surpreenderam surpreenderam e que que não não imaginava imaginava existir existir em nosso país.

Nas Nasminhas minhasincursões, incursões,descobri descobribelezas belezas naturais naturais e de descanso com privacidade, e encontrei cenários incrivelmente especiais . No Nordeste, em Recife, encontrei a praia de Carneiros. Poderia dizer que é uma das TOP 10 praias maravilhosas nacionais. Um lugar pitoresco que envolve mar com piscinas naturais, uma infraestrutura de pousada de charme e restaurantes ótimos, como o tradicional Beijupirá, onde as lagostas são deliciosas e extremamente frescas.

Em passagem por Sergipe, na cidade de Aracaju, a poucos minutos da famosa passarela do caranguejo, encontrei um pedacinho do paraíso chamado praia do Mosqueiro, que apelidei de nordeste caribenho: uma ilhota com bangalôs, rodeada de caranguejinhos e águas mornas e verdes, ideal para um bom banho de mar revigorante da alma!

he year of 2014 promises even many accomplishments. Define as a vibrant, positive energy and good year. And in the 2014 World Cup, for many, it was a month of holidays and football, enjoying the pleasures of life and traveling Brazil. I can indicate incredible sites that struck me and that never imagined exist in our country.

In my excursions, I found natural and rest privately beauties, and found "scenarios" incredibly specials. In the Northeast, Recife, I found the beach Carneiros. I could say that is one of the Top 10 national wonderful beaches.

The pictures that place involves sea with natural pools, an infrastructure inn of charm and great restaurants such as the traditional Beijupirá, where lobsters are delicious and extremely fresh.

In passage by Sergipe, in the city of Aracaju, just a few minutes from the famous the Crab´s walkway, I found a small piece of paradise called Mosqueiro beach, which dubbed northeastern Caribbean: an island with bungalows, surrounded by little crabs and warm turquoise waters, ideal for a good sea bath invigorating the soul!

palavra estresse vem do inglês stress . Hans Selye (médico) transpôs este termo para a medicina e para a biologia, signi cando esforço de adaptação do organismo para enfrentar situações que considere ameaçadoras a sua vida e ao seu equilíbrio interno.

Porém, cada indivíduo responde a ele de forma ímpar, embora as alterações bioquímicas envolvidas sejam quase sempre as mesmas. Por exemplo: enfrentar uma plateia pode provocar um imenso estresse a um indivíduo, desequilíbrio, descontrole, e para outro pode ser algo excitante, prazeroso. Sempre que mencionamos o estresse, temos em foco os instintos primários de luta ou fuga.

Logo, se conhecermos melhor o porquê de nosso cérebro disparar estes mecanismos, podemos buscar a melhor maneira de controlá-los. Muitas vezes esses mecanismos são disparados para a nossa preservação, mas não estamos em luta nem em fuga, como vemos com freqüência nos transtornos fóbicos, na síndrome do pânico, e no estresse pós-traumático.

Diante de um perigo real ou interpretado pelo nosso cérebro como tal, são disparados vários hormônios como adrenalina e cortizol, entre outros, que são secretados pelas glândulas supra renais (em cima dos rins) e servem para modular estas reações entre o meio externo e o interno.

Essa é a verdadeira função do medo: possibilitar com que eu visualize a situação real e o que posso fazer frente a este desa o. A isto chamamos de eustresse (o bom stress), que estimula e motiva a pessoa a lidar com situações de forma mais focada, alcançando objetivos, metas, e muitas vezes até mesmo

se superando (ex: ter um bebê, vencer uma prova, uma competição, etc). Já o distress (mau stress), intimida, paralisa, acovarda, leva o indivíduo a um prejuízo físico, mental, econômico, familiar, pro ssional ou podendo gerar doenças crônicas, dores, depressão, ansiedade, entre outras patologias.

Hoje muito se fala sobre a síndrome de Burnout (do inglês to burn out , queimar por completo), chamada de esgotamento pro ssional . É um tipo de estresse de caráter persistente vinculado a situações de trabalho, resultante da constante e repetitiva pressão emocional associada e intenso envolvimento com pessoas por um longo período de tempo. É conveniente conhecer e cuidarmos da causa destes sintomas, pois podem se transformar em patologias em nossas vidas.
