Selling Lake Norman

A decade is a relatively short time to be making strong waves in the luxury real estate industry of Lake Norman, yet Josh has done just that. Whether setting records for the most expensive resale on the Charlotte Metro MLS in 2020 with his Grand Lac Chateau listing of $7.5 million or selling his successful brokerage firm in 2019 to Corcoran HM Properties and become managing broker of the Lake Norman office, Josh remains a leader of luxury specialists in the region.

Raised in Indiana, Josh relocated to the Lake Norman area in 2002 to pursue a career in NASCAR. He landed his dream job and continued in the sport for 10 more seasons working alongside some of the industry’s most respected drivers such as Carl Edwards, Jamie McMurray, David Ragan, Jimmie Johnson, and Dale Earnhardt, Jr.

The transition from NASCAR to real estate came in 2013. The competitive environment of NASCAR requires an extreme work ethic, drive, and determination. This experience prepared Josh for a successful entry into the real estate industry. He continues to build on those traits and values personal relationships along with quality over quantity.
