EDITOR'S NOTE W E L C O M E T O T H E L U X U R Y E Q U E S T R I A N N E T W O R K As we close out the year and turn our attention toward what’s ahead, this Winter Issue feels especially meaningful. This season marked an exciting moment of expansion for the network as we officially began building our East Coast presence — and the energy, generosity, and enthusiasm we encountered affirmed everything we hoped it would be. Our gathering in Middleburg at the Welbourne Inn was a true highlight. The setting was unforgettable, but even more memorable were the people — thoughtful, passionate professionals who share a deep appreciation for equestrian life, craftsmanship, and community. The conversations were rich, the connections genuine, and it was clear we were planting the seeds for something lasting. This growth continues with the addition of a new Chapter Director in Bucks County, PA, an important step as we thoughtfully expand into new regions while staying true to the values that define this network. Looking ahead, we’re also preparing for our February gathering in Ocala, alongside new sponsors who share our vision and are helping make these experiences possible. As we plan seven events for the coming year and welcome a new team member to help us grow and share this work more widely, I’m filled with gratitude — for the people who show up, the partners who believe in what we’re building, and the community that continues to evolve with intention and care. Thank you for being part of this journey. The year ahead holds so much promise- it is the Year of the Horse after all! With gratitude,
Lindsay Hunter Lindsay Hunter, Founder & Editor

SEAN CADDELL MORE THAN A BROKER WHY SEAN CADDELL’S APPROACH TO EQUESTRIAN REAL ESTATE BEGINS WITH BELONGING, PASSION, AND PRESENCE 9
Interview by Lindsay Hunter Photography by Laura Bravo, Hannah Claire, Cody Reppert, & Izaac Urias
I
n Southern California, horses don’t just shape landscapes — they shape identities. Few understand this better than real estate advisor and community advocate Sean Caddell, whose life and work sit at
the intersection of sport, lifestyle, and stewardship. For Sean, San Diego’s equestrian world is not simply a market — it is a culture he is deeply woven into. “The equestrian community in San Diego is truly one of a kind,” he reflects. “You’ll find Olympians schooling next to junior riders, boutique trainers alongside legacy barns, and a shared commitment to horsemanship that really binds the community together.” It is this blend of world-class sport and authentic camaraderie that forms the heartbeat of the region — and the lens through which Caddell approaches his work. WHERE THE COMMUNITY CONVENES At the center of it all stands HITS Del Mar Showpark, an iconic facility where heritage meets high performance. “Del Mar is the heartbeat of our equestrian scene,” Sean says. Here, trainers, riders, veterinarians, farriers, breeders, and businesses mix naturally — deals are made, friendships begin, and lifelong horse partnerships are forged. Showing up consistently, he explains, builds a kind of trust you can’t manufacture. “Being so involved at Del Mar has given me an intimate, boots-on-the-ground understanding of what equestrian families and professionals truly value.” That immersion runs deeper than proximity — it is personal. Sean’s partner, Guenter Seidel, is a professional dressage rider. Supporting his career has shaped Sean’s appreciation for the sport’s nuance: the precision of good footing, the flow of movement through a barn, the quiet art of creating environments where horses can thrive. “Supporting Guenter’s career has given me a deeper appreciation for the precision, discipline, and passion that define the equestrian world,” he says. “That helps me understand the functional needs of barns, arenas, and land. His expertise in dressage and my expertise in real estate complement each other beautifully.”
10
A TEAM BUILT ON SPECIALIST STRENGTHS Like the sport itself, Sean’s business is rooted in detail. “We’re intentionally built as a collective of specialists,” he explains. One team member lives and breathes equestrian properties; another understands coastal bluffs and oceanfront zoning; others bring architectural, investment, and lifestyle insight. “Our strengths don’t overlap — they stack,” he says. The result is a 360-degree experience for clients, where niche expertise becomes shared value. Integrity, curiosity, and humility sit at the center of his leadership ethos. “Skills can be developed,” he notes. “But passion and a service-driven mindset are non-negotiable.”
11
ELEVATING THE STANDARD OF SERVICE For Sean, luxury isn’t price — it is precision. “Elevated service means anticipating needs before they arise.” A $1.5M cottage or a $20M equestrian estate gets the same attention. Staging, storytelling, visuals, negotiations — every step matters. Because whether the address overlooks the ocean or the arena, the home represents someone’s dream.
SELLING A LIFESTYLE, NOT ACREAGE Those dreams are what drive the equestrian property market — and why these transactions demand expertise beyond square footage. “Equestrian properties are living ecosystems,” Sean says. Zoning, water access, soil health, drainage, trailer access — one overlooked detail can alter value. But the heart of it lies in daily rhythm: horses outside the window, sunrise in the arena, trails at the gate. “I sell a lifestyle first, and acreage second,” he explains. “When clients feel seen in how they want to live, the right property reveals itself.”
“We’re intentionally built as a collective of specialists. Our strengths don’t overlap — they stack,” says Sean. The result is a 360degree experience for clients, where niche expertise becomes shared value.
12
COMMUNITY AS CALLING Ask Sean what keeps him rooted here, and he won’t name business metrics — he’ll name people. “Community gives everything meaning,” Sean says. His involvement spans the U.S. Equestrian Team Foundation, Del Mar Horsepark, Feeding San Diego, the Ocean Discovery Institute, and local equestrian charities — reflecting his belief in giving back to the region that shaped him. Sponsoring shows, attending events, advocating for barns and riders, and connecting people with resources are all part of his rhythm. His involvement is hands-on and consistent, built on the simple conviction that relationships grow strongest when you show up, time and time again. “My goal is to be a partner, not just a broker,” he says. A VISION FOR WHAT’S AHEAD Sean sees momentum building in Southern California’s equestrian scene — an infusion of investment, innovation, and thoughtful development. Boutique private facilities, sustainable barn design, and deeper appreciation for horse-focused living are on the rise. “What excites me most is the renewed energy in the sport,” he says. “My hope is to continue elevating the conversation around equestrian lifestyle — supporting barns, riders, and local organizations, and helping preserve the land and spaces that make this lifestyle possible.” For Sean, it all circles back to passion and purpose. “I’m not just selling properties — I’m matching people with a way of life that I personally understand and value.”

Where Modernity Meets Heritage Inside the Equestrian World of Interior Designer Lori Bruno

interior designer and lifelong horsewoman Lori Bruno, that contrast is precisely where her creativity thrives.
to the region’s barns and landscape, she recognized that the interiors she most loved designing were grounded in nature, texture, and equestrian life. A pivotal realization came after hearing a conversation on niche positioning — a moment that crystallized what she had been practicing instinctively. “I had been designing equestrian-inspired spaces for years without formally naming the niche.” That clarity invited her to merge two worlds: the refinement of
After decades shaping luxury interiors in New York and Miami, she has returned home to Bucks County with a renewed vision: to create soulful, nature-led spaces that honor equestrian heritage and refined modern living. Bruno’s early life in design unfolded against the backdrop of skyscrapers and fast-paced luxury development. As the former owner of Ligne Roset showrooms, she worked closely with architects, developers, and private clients shaping penthouses, hospitality environments, and commercial spaces. That period, she reflects, taught her the fundamentals of proportion, craftsmanship, and disciplined design language. “I loved the pace, the international influence, and the opportunity to shape interiors that were modern, meaningful, and beautifully made.” Even then, her draw to modernism was rooted in sculpture and honesty. “Furniture could be both artful and functional,” she recalls — a principle that continues to anchor her work today. A RETURN TO THE LIFE THAT HAD ALWAYS BEEN THERE Despite the allure of coastal cities and urban precision, another part of Bruno’s identity was quietly shaping her voice: horses. A lifelong equestrian, she eventually returned to Pennsylvania, not simply for lifestyle shifts but for creative alignment.

luxury interiors with the soul, heritage, and authenticity of equestrian living.
REFINED EQUESTRIAN LUXE: A LANGUAGE OF ATMOSPHERE Today, Bruno describes her aesthetic as Refined Equestrian Luxe — a philosophy defined by elevated modern lines, layered warmth, and materials that tell stories. “When you live around horses, you learn to appreciate honest materials — the patina of leather, the warmth of timber beams, the strength of metalwork,” she says. These elements carry history, and her work intentionally highlights that soulfulness through artisan collaboration and thoughtful sourcing. For Bruno, luxury isn’t fragile — it’s lived in. “True luxury should feel effortless,” she notes. Her spaces are built for real life: comfortable seating, durable finishes, natural fibers, and environments one can inhabit without fear of ruining anything. That approach subtly redefines equestrian interiors. “It’s not about horse décor — it’s about atmosphere, craftsmanship, and connection to the land.”
A BARN-STUDIO THAT EMBODIES HER VISION This philosophy soon has a permanent home. Bruno is preparing to open a barn-style design studio and retail showroom in New Hope, Pennsylvania — a space intentionally selected to reflect heritage, authenticity, and the lifestyle she designs for. Clients will step into what she calls “a warm, layered, fully curated world of equestrian lifestyle interiors.” Furniture, lighting, wall coverings, textiles, antiques, and bespoke artisan pieces will all be arranged to express her refined, nature-rooted aesthetic. The studio serves not only as a working design office but also as an experiential environment where clients can envision their own spaces elevated.

EQUESTRIAN NETWORK Alongside studio expansion, Bruno has taken on a new leadership chapter as Chapter Director for the Luxury Equestrian Network in Eastern Pennsylvania and parts of New Jersey — a region rich in horses, heritage architecture, and passionate equestrians. “It felt like the perfect time to bring this community together under one platform,” she says. Her vision reflects a commitment to community building: “I want to bring together everyone who touches a horse — designers, architects, builders, barn owners, riders, trainers, realtors, artisans, and enthusiasts.” She sees the network as a catalyst — a way to foster collaboration, elevate talent, and create visibility for equestrian professionals. “It opens doors, builds bridges, and supports the extraordinary talent in this region.” WHAT COMES NEXT With her showroom opening, her studio growing, and her work within the network deepening, Bruno’s next chapter is one of convergence and expansion. “This next chapter is about deeper connection — creatively, professionally, and within the equestrian community,” she says. It is here — where urban refinement meets countryside soul — that Lori Bruno is shaping her most authentic work yet: homes, barns, and lifestyle environments that don’t just reflect equestrian life, but honor the way it is lived. TIMBER, CRAFT, & COLLABORATION Meet Drake Ambrosino of New Energy Works 23
From crafted timber frames to heritage-inspired barns, New Energy Works brings the enduring beauty of timber framing to the modern equestrian world. Interview by Lindsay Hunter
When Drake Ambrosino walked into his first Timber Framing Guild conference in the middle of the 2009 financial crisis, the room felt tense. Builders were bracing for impact, projects were stalling, and no one was thinking about expansion. But one speaker stood out. The founder of New Energy Works spoke not only with realism but with optimism — confident in craftsmanship, confident in people, and confident in the future of timber framing. That tone stayed with Drake. “His attitude was positive even in difficult times,” he recalls. “He was optimistic about new opportunities. That was a reason to connect with him.” What began as a conversation turned into a visit to the company’s New York shop, where Drake experienced the culture firsthand: a welcoming atmosphere, a rock-solid business, and a deep, steady commitment to building well. Within months, they shook hands — and 17 years later, Drake still says, “It was dumb luck, blind faith, or just the right place at the right time. Great folks, great product, and fun client opportunities.” A BUILDER WITH A HUMAN-CENTERED PHILOSOPHY Long before timber beams entered the picture, Drake’s career began in real estate, selling vacant land and representing builders. That experience quickly revealed something that didn’t sit right with him — strained relationships, frustrated clients, and a process that felt unnecessarily heavy. “Building should be a joyous event,” he says. “A dream come true.” So he returned to his early interest in construction, got his contractor’s license, and stepped into the role with a clear philosophy: “We’re going to have fun building your house.” Even today, that mantra guides him. “If you take the steps in simple order, keep the tone light, and make sure everyone understands the process, it becomes a fun experience,” he says. “The enthusiasm becomes infectious.” THE CRAFT OF TIMBER FRAMING New Energy Works, now with decades of projects across the country, has earned its reputation through craftsmanship, engineering strength, and a genuine ethos of stewardship. Their frames — often Douglas fir, sometimes other species based on a client’s preference — are built to last not just years, but generations. But what sets them apart goes beyond structural integrity.
24
It’s the way these buildings make you feel,” Drake explains. “As humans, we want to feel comfortable in nature. A timber building brings that feeling to life. It’s warm, strong, secure — and it offers a calm attitude.” From backyard pergolas to complex commercial spaces, wineries, event venues, and custom homes, their work spans all building types. Designs often begin in-house with their architectural team, incorporating site visits, client goals, and the unique requirements of each project. They also collaborate seamlessly with outside architects and designers. Once the plans are set, the New Energy Works shops craft each frame, coordinating with local trades to bring the project to life. “We are good builders first,” Drake says. “Craftsmanship is our foundation, but our real commitment is to serving our clients and delivering quality work, no matter the scope.” WHY TIMBER FRAMING RESONATES IN THE EQUESTRIAN WORLD As Drake expands New Energy Works’ presence within the equestrian market, he sees a natural harmony between timber framing and life with horses. “Horses are a true representation of nature,” he says. “They speak to our souls. Our timber buildings accentuate that feeling — they offer the essence of nature. We feel grounded in wood buildings.”
25
Functionality is equally important. Ventilation, safety, and durability are integral to their design process. “After all, we are housing the living within our structures,” Drake notes. “We take that responsibility seriously.” Whether the aesthetic leans classic or contemporary, timber framing offers flexibility. Heavy timbers can be complemented with delicate detailing, giving equestrian facilities both strength and soul. A PARTNERSHIP-DRIVEN APPROACH Relationships are central to Drake’s work — with clients, collaborators, and now with the Luxury Equestrian Network. He joined after hearing about LEN from Yash Balasaria of American Stalls. “He spoke about longstanding relationships and the quality of the folks in this market. That resonated with me. I value relationship-building with like-minded people who appreciate nature, the horse trade, and quality goods.” Through LEN, Drake hopes to find new partnerships, new teams, and friendships that extend beyond any single project. “New business development will be exciting,” he says, “but the team-building aspect is just as meaningful.”

Timber framing, he believes, offers something uniquely valuable to the equestrian community: “Wood buildings create an aura you can’t duplicate with other materials. People naturally gravitate toward the warmth, the texture, the feeling.” LOOKING AHEAD Next issue, New Energy Works will return to the pages of the Luxury Equestrian Magazine with a feature on a collaborative project with American Stalls — a showcase of craftsmanship, partnership, and the evolving beauty of modern equestrian architecture. For now, this introduction is a reminder of what first drew Drake to this work: authenticity, optimism, and the belief that building — like timber itself — should feel grounded, strong, and deeply human.

BEYOND THE MATCH CONNECTIONS THAT BUILD MORE THAN BARNS Reflections from the Santa Barbara Polo Event
BY LINDSAY HUNTER PHOTOGRAPHY BY MICHELLE 29
LAUREN PHOTOGRAPHY
Each time our community gathers, the conversations deepen and the relationships grow stronger. At our recent event at the historic Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club, I was reminded once again why this network exists — to connect people who understand the language of horses, design, and craftsmanship at the highest level. The Polo Club, founded in 1911 and recognized as the third-oldest polo club in the United States, is one of my favorite places to watch the sport. You can feel its rich history everywhere — in the grandstands, where layers of green paint have been refreshed over generations, and in the weathered wood of the clubhouse that holds a century of stories. With ocean breezes drifting in from the west and mountain views framing the fields, it’s a breathtaking setting for an afternoon of polo. We were fortunate to have front-row seats to an exciting, hard-fought match — but the most memorable moments came from the conversations off the field. What stood out most to me this time was the quality of the connections being made. Many attendees were not meeting for the first time. Architects greeted builders they had met at our last event; designers and owners’ reps picked up conversations they had started months ago. There’s an ease that comes when people gather with shared purpose — and that’s when real collaboration begins.
One story shared that afternoon has stayed with me. An attendee spoke about a luxury estate project staffed with top-tier architects, builders, and landscape designers — a powerhouse team, but one missing a key perspective: someone who truly understood horses. Midway through the process, a plant toxic to horses was discovered in the landscape plan, a small detail with potentially serious implications. The client, sensing a deeper issue, voiced concerns about the absence of equestrian expertise and requested the team be restructured. When an equestrian facility designer stepped in, the shift was immediate. What began as a correction quickly evolved into a reimagining of the entire project, as the specialist guided the team through the subtleties, sensitivities, and sophistication required when designing for an equestrian life. That story encapsulated everything we stand for. It’s why I created the Luxury Equestrian Network — to bring together professionals who understand both the beauty and the responsibility of building for horses. These projects demand specialists who appreciate how design, safety, and heritage intersect. When the right people come together, the results are extraordinary. We’re so grateful to American Stalls for their continued partnership and support. Without them, we couldn’t host such inspiring gatherings — the kind that spark ideas, build friendships, and elevate what it means to create truly exceptional equestrian spaces.

here are barns that simply house horses — and there are barns that carry stories. On the grounds of a private equestrian estate in Wisconsin, one such barn stands quietly among pastures and wind-weathered trees: a 22-stall structure that has served mares and foals for generations.
When American Stalls first arrived on site more than a year ago, the building spoke of its age — creaking timbers, uneven openings, and the patina that only time can give. But it also radiated potential. The owners imagined a space that was both beautifully preserved and functionally transformed: a breeding barn worthy of the mares who inhabit it, and of the heritage it represents. “Our first walk-through made its history undeniable,” recalls American Stalls CEO Yash Balasaria. “We could see what it had been — and what it could become with the right balance of craftsmanship and modern thinking.” That balance became the guiding principle. This barn isn’t just a stable — it is where mares foal, where young lives are welcomed, where handlers spend long, quiet hours. Its renovation required a kind of reverence. COMPLEXITY MEETS CRAFTSMANSHIP Unlike new-build projects, this historic structure presented intricate engineering challenges. “No two stall openings, doors, or windows were the same size,” explains Balasaria. “We took over 50 measurements — and then some — so that every element could be custom fabricated.” Over the span of a year, American Stalls visited the property more than half a dozen times, consulting on design decisions, taking precision measurements, and overseeing installation to deliver a turnkey solution. A BARN DESIGNED AROUND WELLBEING Breeding barns ask more of their architecture than most. They must support the quiet, instinctive needs of mares while creating an environment where handlers can work confidently and safely. In this historic structure, that meant designing for comfort, performance, and emotional serenity. As Balasaria describes it, the goal was for the barn to breathe — to feel airy, healthy, and attuned to the horses it serves. “Given the age of the barn, we had to implement many modern design and performance elements,” Balasaria explains. Taller grill spacing in the stall fronts was intentionally chosen to create an open, airy feel — one that reduces anxiety for the horses who live here. Every Dutch door and window was redesigned with glass panels to usher in abundant natural light, an essential factor in regulating circadian rhythms for breeding mares and a key consideration in biosecurity management. Lighting was recalibrated throughout the barn to ensure clear visibility, while airflow was enhanced by strategically placed stall fans that keep the interior fresh and temperate. Underfoot, the flooring became another layer of wellbeing. Stall mattresses and rubber pavers create a surface that delivers traction, cushioning, and long-term comfort — especially critical in a working breeding environment.
“THE GOAL WAS FOR THE BARN TO BREATHE — TO FEEL AIRY, HEALTHY, AND ATTUNED TO THE HORSES IT SERVES.” -YASH BALASARIA

LUXURY THAT SPEAKS SOFTLY Perhaps the most defining visual element is the Brazilian hardwood — a species so richly grained it’s often called “tigerwood” for its natural striping. At American Stalls, it’s a favorite material not only for its beauty, but for its resilience. In this barn, its presence is everywhere: lining stall fronts, trimming doorways, warming partitions and ceilings with quiet depth. The wood brings more than aesthetic refinement — it brings performance. It is one of the most durable and hardy hardwoods suitable for equestrian environments, selected because it can withstand the day-to-day rigors of a breeding facility. Its density makes it exceptionally resistant to rot and moisture, while its longevity means it requires remarkably little maintenance over time. Used throughout the barn, the hardwood becomes a narrative thread. It grounds the structure in warmth, nods to the generations who have tended these horses, and reinforces the renovation’s guiding principle: luxury through understatement. Simple black steel, straightforward geometry, and honest materiality allow the architecture — and the horses — to take center stage. “Every detail is thoughtful, timeless, and built to last,” Balasaria notes. CRAFTED, INSTALLED, AND GUIDED BY HORSE PEOPLE American Stalls didn’t simply ship products to Wisconsin — they became stewards of the transformation. Multiple site visits, ongoing consultation, and a turnkey installation ensured that every measurement, bolt, and board belonged there. “Our team is made up of horse people first,” Balasaria says. “White-glove service isn’t just logistics — it’s empathy and lived experience.” Every detail, from stall layout to footing choices, was shaped by that understanding. A BARN WORTH GATHERING IN Shortly after completion, the barn stepped into its first publicfacing moment — serving as the setting for a Martha Stewart brand ambassador dinner. Tables were arranged along the central aisle, soft lighting framed the stall fronts, and the space carried the same warmth and refinement it does in everyday use.

The transformation felt appropriate rather than unexpected. Increasingly, luxury barns are becoming social environments as much as working ones — places where design, culture, and horsemanship intersect. Balasaria sees it as part of a broader movement: barns evolving beyond function to host conversations, celebrations, and experiences. This renovated barn is now one of those rare spaces — a working breeding facility with the architectural quietness and material quality that allow it to operate, on occasion, as a venue. It is both practical and gracious, rooted in purpose yet capable of gathering people around the lifestyle it embodies. A LEGACY REINFORCED When asked to describe the finished barn in three words, Balasaria chooses: timeless, simple, longevity. That sentiment is visible everywhere — but perhaps most powerfully in the feeling he hopes visitors sense as soon as they enter. “This barn was thoughtfully designed for the horses,” he says. Being entrusted with such a space carries weight. “It means a great deal,” Balasaria reflects. “We don’t take that responsibility lightly. We are grateful to be part of this historic barn renovation, and look forward to serving as partners for many years to come.” And so the barn stands — not just renovated, but renewed. A sanctuary for mares. A testament to craftsmanship. A bridge between history and the future of horsemanship.

LORI BRUNO
LORI BRUNO INTERIORS I have been an interior designer for over 30 years, building a career shaped by art, travel, and a lifelong connection to the spaces and stories around me. My love for design—and for the equestrian world—began in childhood. I grew up in a historic carriage house, and I would spend hours rummaging through the old basement, which had once been a horse stable. Digging in the dirt, I uncovered horseshoes, ribbons, and small relics from decades past. Those early discoveries sparked a passion or history, craftsmanship, and the quiet poetry of objects that have lived a life before us. That sense of wonder still guides me today. I studied art and design and hold a BA in painting, giving me an

CHRISTINA CIACCIO
FINE ART PHOTOGRAPHY It's 2020 and I'm standing in the middle of a sea of dust, cattle, horses, cowboys, ropes flying past my head, and searing smoke from branding irons filling my nose. I had been transported somehow to what seemed like the Wild West and I instantly fell in love. Five years later Cowboy Republic was born. When you purchase one of my prints, it's more than just a piece of art. It's a story in a frame that transports you into the world of the Cowboy. A piece of history, tradition, and the feeling of a life with no walls. -Christina Ciaccio
Originally from Orange County, Christina Ciaccio grew up riding hunter/jumpers and has carried that love of horses throughout her life. She now lives in the Santa Ynez Valley on a cattle ranch, where the western lifestyle is part of her every day. With a background in brand photography and creative direction, she brings a unique eye to capturing the beauty and spirit of the equestrian world.

he Luxury Equestrian Network’s first East Coast event was nothing short of extraordinary. Set at the storied Welbourne Inn in Middleburg, Virginia—a private equestrian estate dating back to 1775—the day felt like a graceful step back in time.
Surrounded by miles of stacked stone walls, a stone gargoyle marking the entrance, and more than one hundred retired horses grazing peacefully across its pastures, the Welbourne Inn captures the essence of Virginia horse country. The estate’s Federalera architecture and grand columned porch provided the perfect setting for an afternoon that blended history, elegance, and authentic connection.
A SETTING STEEPED IN EQUESTRIAN TRADITION
“Every time we gather, the connections become more meaningful. This community continues to grow because it’s built on shared values— craftsmanship, integrity, and a genuine love for the equestrian lifestyle.”
Lindsay Hunter
Few places so deeply embody the soul of the equestrian lifestyle as the Welbourne. Once part of the original foxhunting routes through the region, the property has long served as a gathering place for horsemen, travelers, and families devoted to country life. Inside, antique

furnishings and heirlooms offer glimpses into generations past, while the sweeping lawns and stables outside remain alive with equestrian spirit. As guests arrived, the afternoon sunlight filtered through the trees, casting a golden glow across the front drive. Tables were set with wine, appetizers, and desserts, inviting relaxed conversation among architects, designers, builders, and realtors—all united by their shared commitment to craftsmanship and the equestrian way of life.

A NETWORK ROOTED IN RELATIONSHIPS Every Luxury Equestrian Network event carries the same intention: to create genuine connection among professionals who understand the value of collaboration. As founder Lindsay Hunter shared, “Every time we gather, the connections become more meaningful. This community continues to grow because it’s built on shared values—craftsmanship, integrity, and a genuine love for the equestrian lifestyle.” Throughout the afternoon, new introductions sparked ideas, and familiar faces reconnected to share stories of recent projects. The energy of the group reflected exactly what the network was created for—to unite specialists who elevate equestrian living through design, building, and vision. GRATITUDE AND GROWTH This beautiful day at the Welbourne would not have been possible without the generous sponsorship of American Stalls, whose continued partnership allows the network to host gatherings that celebrate excellence and connection. As the sun set behind the rolling fields, guests lingered on the porch, reluctant to leave a place that felt both historic and deeply alive. It was more than an event—it was a moment of reflection and inspiration for what’s to come. The Luxury Equestrian Network now looks ahead to its next gathering at the World Equestrian Center in Ocala, where tradition and innovation will meet once again.

JESSICA DICOSTANZO
EQUIVONT Born and raised in California on the back of a horse, Jessica had the opportunity to move across the country. As a working amateur, she began researching options for bringing her horse along with her. Where to board? Who to train with? What farrier options were there? Who transports horses across the country? After spending hours searching on the web, she became frustrated with the outdated, irrelevant information available. Existing directories provided a name and a phone number at best, and there was no way of telling if this professional was even in business anymore. After leaving countless voicemails that went unreturned and thumbing through archaic websites, it was obvious there is a huge disconnect between riders and the professionals.
In any other service-related industry consumers search online to find out what their options are. Whether it be a restaurant, a plumber, or buying a car. Why wouldn’t horse people adopt a similar approach? This experience powered the concept of Equivont. Jessica teamed up with Jacki to bring this word-of-mouth industry up to the digital era. Equivont partners with reputable and relevant businesses and professionals who WANT TO BE FOUND by the equestrians who are searching for them.
