Welcome to issue 34 of our Luxury & Prestige Magazine. It has been another busy and eventful month with lots going on in the local property market and of course the wider world. Increasingly applicants have been using our high-tech marketing tools such as our videos and interactive 3D tours to make buying decisions. It might surprise you to know that we recently sold a 5,000 sq ft home to a couple who exchanged contracts without stepping foot inside but they were content to do so on the strength of everything we provided.
