Welcome to edition 67 of The Edit, our luxury property magazine.

So much has happened this year already that it’s been an eventful and significant time for our business. Sales have started at a brisk pace in fact the value of properties with exchanged contracts is at a record for us in this first quarter. Traffic to our property listings has significantly increased year on year, so we are optimistic about prospects for our sellers during the remainder of 2026.
