Currently the couple is working on 10 projects, including five new custom homes. According to Jill, the average process time for a renovation project is 30 to 90 days depending on the details of the makeover.

“Brand new luxury homes, which are 10,000 square feet or more, typically take 18-24 months to finish,” adds Jill,who says their next goal is to reach over 100 million dollar mark in sales in one year.

When they aren’t leading the rich and famous to their desert mansions, they stay busy caring for their three daughters, socializing with friends and traveling, when possible. They also love getting involved in their community, supporting various fundraisers and charities including the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Variety Children’s Hospital.
