Currently the couple is working on 10 projects, including five new custom homes. According to Jill, the average process time for a renovation project is 30 to 90 days depending on the details of the makeover. “Brand new luxury homes, which are 10,000 square feet or more, typically take 18-24 months to finish,” adds Jill,who says their next goal is to reach over 100 million dollar mark in sales in one year.
