The first development of master-developer KOA, KOA Canvas is a unique development that features the concept of residential living and working in Dubai.

One of Dubai’s most interesting residential communities, KOA Canvas is a members-only community. The development is very unique as it features flexible layouts for most of its units, enabling you to truly create a modular home of your choice, given the space. Designed by T.Zed Architects, it’s the foremost development in Dubai that has 41 unique floor plans, so almost every home is unique next to the other home, giving you a piece of exclusivity.

The project is mainly aimed at a new wave of entrepreneurs, creatives and young professionals, regionally and internationally. It’s a perfect blend of old meets new. Some unique features of the home include internal courtyards that can form a personal sanctuary.

NASAB

Nasab, a member’s only workplace and social club offers luxury private workspaces that are designed for the members to connect with like-minded individuals. It also features wellness spaces. It is ideal for entrepreneurs who love to blend leisure and entertainment into their daily working life.

Spread across three floors of open-air loft architecture, Nasab has been planned carefully so as to offer workspaces that contribute to an individual’s business. They have on offer luxury private office suites for two to 12 people, which are modern alternatives to conventional office setups and are ideal for established businesses as well as start-ups. The spaces come fully furnished, include DEWA, Wi-Fi, cleaning and maintenance services, and offer facilities like meeting rooms, printer, scanner and complimentary coffee, water, and pantry items. The shared workspaces feature open desks, and complements the members with the range of facilities like that of the private office suites.

Creating a balance between work and social life, Nasab hosts a range of wellness and social facilities. They include a rooftop lap pool, garden pool, fitness studio, high-altitude chamber, paddle tennis court, treatment rooms for on-demand spa services, sauna facilities, innovative community programing and private members events, along with food and beverage outlets. LOWE

A dining concept created by the culinary duo Jesse Blake and Kate Christou, LOWE embodies an informal take on contemporary dining that is interpreted in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The open kitchen of the restaurant is centered on a charcoal grill, rotisserie, and wood-fired oven, that celebrates rustic and approachable allday dining.

LOWE literally means warm light produced by the fire. Drawing inspiration from this meaning, while representing their main cooking technique, the restaurant features a central wood fire which is its center. The unconventional and modern has been thoughtfully designed and serves an array of refined dishes in a fuss-free manner. LOWE often hosts unique low food-waste based pop-up dinners.
