Introduction/Site Analysis
Introduction to your team - build, architecture, interior design and analysis of your lot(s).
Design Discovery
In depth conversation about inspiration, program, and how you will use your home with our architecture, interior design, and build teams.
Design/Modify (Conceptual Planning)
Architecture team works in tandem with other teams to create a conceptual site plan, floor plans, and front elevation for review.
We will continue to change and review until you are happy and comfortable with the plans prior to moving to budget.
Fit/Finish Discussion
Using the conceptual plans, we will talk about fit/finish and cost drivers in order to align your finish expectations with our budget.
Budget/Specifications
We will present our scope of work, line-item budget, mood board with fit and finish assumptions, as well as costdrivers (example included).
Design-Build Agreement (DBA)
Our DBA is executed in 2 parts. Part 1 is executed with Conceptual Plans and Budget Documents, our Master Agreement, Payment Terms, and Warranty Procedures. This is when you will pay our Design Deposit. Part 2 is executed at Kick-Off Meeting with final architectural plans, budget, and specifications.
Design Planning Sessions
We begin the detailed planning process of cabinetry, furniture planning, selections and finishes, and landscape, pool and outdoor design.
Construction Documents
All architectural details are determined and carefully reviewed with the client.
Kick-Off Meeting
Review of final architectural plans, specifications, budget documents and Phase 2 of our Design Build Agreement. Groundbreaking Ceremony with house staked on site and platform built to main-level floor height.
