LUCIA VIGOROSO
1. ELENCO DELLE ATTIVITÀ SCIENTIFICHE
Le attività si articolano principalmente su due linee di ricerca: 1) progettazione human-centred (o user-centred) di strumenti per la formazione sulla sicurezza occupazionale, in particolare su studi di usabilità delle interfacce uomo-macchina e progettazione di interfacce grafiche per migliorare l'usabilità di strumenti innovativi e digitali in specifiche categorie di utenti, 2) analisi del ruolo giocato dalle variabili psicosociali nella genesi di incidenti sul lavoro e, in conseguenza, nell’ adozione di comportamenti e tecnologie innovative sostenibili e all’interno dell’ambiente di lavoro. Le attività di ricerca sono quindi caratterizzate da un approccio ergonomico centrato sull’utente ponendo l’individuo, al centro del progetto e degli ambienti di lavoro, degli strumenti di interazione e di apprendimento e al fine di migliorare la sicurezza e il benessere dell’utente/lavoratore e di garantire l’efficienza dell’intero sistema. Lo sviluppo di progetti di ricerca prevedono l’utilizzo congiunto di un approccio quantitativo e di uno qualitativo.
