We are very pleased with this year’s sale offering. This quite possibly is the strongest set of two year old Red Angus bulls we have put forth yet! We believe our bulls give you more value for your dollar. They will cover more cows their first year of breeding without falling apart by the end of the season. The bulls are not pampered and are ready to go to work for you. As always, the bulls will be presented in their working clothes at our Open House...no fluffy tails or fancy hair cuts here...just good, honest cattle that are ready to thrive in any situation.

New Sale Format for 2018 Our sale is an internet based auction. Simply put, we use an online bidding platform and format.

It does not mean a buyer has to use the internet.

Options To Bid: 1. Internet bidding—log on, register, request a buyer number and bid for yourself.

2. We can set you up—We register you, get you a buyer number. You then take that information, log on & place your own bids.

3. Phone/Proxy bids—We can register you, get you a buyer number and then place bids into the auction at your request.

INSPECTION & SEMEN TESTING - All sale bulls will be palpated, measured and inspected by a licensed veterinarian prior to the sale, weather permitting.

Semen testing will be done at our earliest convenience as weather allows. If the bull in question fails to pass a semen test, conducted by our veterinarian, Lust Farms will retain ownership of the bull in question and provide a full refund to the purchaser. Refunds will be for the purchase price, no more.

TERMS - The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable in CDN funds to Lust Farms, 11405 Range Road 42, Cypress County, AB T1B 0K6 by Mar 15, 2018.

BIDS - All bids are to be placed in good faith. Please ensure that your bid amount is correct and placed on the proper sale lot. Bids cannot be reversed once they are entered.

PURCHASER’S RISK - Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as it is sold.

WINTERING - All animals will be wintered at no charge until delivery. Prior arrangements must be made if the bull is to stay any longer than May 1, 2018 and may be subject to a boarding fee.

DELIVERY - Free delivery within a 300km radius of Medicine Hat, AB or the nearest port of entry. Deliveries will begin after April 1, 2018 at our earliest convenience.

REGISTERED LOTS - A certificate of registry will be mailed to the buyer for each animal after settlement is made and the bull passes his semen test. All bulls sell under the terms and conditions of the Canadian Angus Association’s Breeders Guarantee.

GENERAL - Lust Farms reserves the right to cancel or postpone the auction if we deem such action is necessary.

LIABILITIES - All persons viewing sale cattle at Lust Farms do so at their own risk and the seller assumes no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents occurring on the premises.
