3rd Annual “Pick Of The Pen” Online Bull Sale
Featuring
Twenty
2 Year Old Red Angus Bulls
March 3-6, 2017
Welcome Welcome friends to the 2017 “Pick of the Pen” Online Bull sale. We are pleased to offer you another strong set of two year old Red Angus bulls for your evaluation. With current market conditions, we believe our bulls give you more value for your dollar. They will cover more cows their first year of breeding without falling apart by the end of the season. The bulls are not pampered and are ready to go to work for you. As always, the bulls are presented in their working clothes...no fluffy tails or fancy hair cuts here. Just good, honest cattle that are ready to thrive in any situation. If you have any questions or would like to stop by for a farm visit ahead of the sale, don’t hesitate to call.

DAM: RED SIX MILE LASSIE 377P
Havoc is an ET bull that has established his worth here at Lust Farms. He has sired 107 progeny for us that we couldn’t be happier with. RED SIX MILE Hampton 612A SIRE: NBAR HAMLEY S913
DAM: RED SOO LINE COUNTESS 6125 (ELITE 2012)
Hampton is an ET bull we purchased in 2014. His sire is an outcross to most Canadian pedigrees, and his dam is a dark red donor cow who has herself been recognized as Elite since 2012. Hampton will moderate frame, add eye appeal and has a strong maternal background. There is no question his claim to fame are the phenomenal replacement heifers he has left us. We are excited to see them prove themselves as the first set are due to calve this spring. 2017 EPDs

RED SIX MILE Archie 555A SIRE: RED VGW GAME PLAN 816
DAM: RED BAR E-L DIAMOND 111T (ELITE 2017)
We purchased Archie for $12,750 after seeing his brother “Tuff Enuff” lead off Six Mile’s sale the year before. We were impressed by his 41cm scrotal as a yearling and his moderate 81 pound birth weight. Archie’s bull calves certainly rose to the top of the bull pen. Unfortunately we lost Archie after one breeding season due to an injury, so take advantage of these great genetics while they are available.
