WEST HOLLYWOOD The London
Designer: Richmond International
Elegant laid-back luxury at the crossroads of Beverly Hills and Hollywood, The London West Hollywood is a tranquil urban oasis that epitomizes modern comfort. Lusive created signature lighting for the spacious suites designed by British design team Richmond Internationalcombining sophisticated comfort, awe-inspiring views and a signature sense of California cool.
CENTURY CITY Westfield
With over 1.3 million square feet and over 200 shops and restaurants, Westfield Century City is one of sunny Southern California’s famed open-air shopping and entertainment epicenters. To create feature interior/exterior lighting for walkways and flow areas, we worked with the Westfield in-house design team and lighting consultants KGM to produce airy lanterns and basket pendants in brushed stainless steel with industrial yet decorative silhouettes and details.

In one of our many collaborations with internationally acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, we embraced their design lead to generate eye catching moments with the their hallmarks of bold sophistication and glamor. Tiers of luxe crystal and natural quartz, creamy alabaster with sexy plated and patinaed bronzes hark back to the golden age of Hollywood - in Hollywood! - amid an opulent color palette, dazzling gold ceilings and lacquered finishes. THOUSAND OAKS Towne Place

Graphic elements are the name of the lighting game for this property. A perfect case study to illustrate how Lusive can offer interesting visual moments at a challenging price point, we offered captivating, large scale silhouettes in resins, acrylics and hand finishes for a cool, transitional effect.
Chamberlain WEST HOLLYWOOD
Designer: David McCauley Interior Design
Just steps away from Sunset and Santa Monica Boulevards, this intimate West Hollywood retreat captivates with stunning suites and what may well be the city’s most glamorous rooftop terrace. In one of our early WeHo collaborations, the Lusive team produced deco inspired lanterns and torchieres to float amid fringed silk swags in the charming bar and dining room along with diamond-motif screens and railings throughout. Delightful!

The 1 Hotel Hollywood by SOM (originally branded as the Jeremy) on the iconic Sunset Strip offers stunning views over Los Angeles and out to Catalina Island. As one of our signature guestroom projects, floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views of LA and the Hollywood Hills in rooms, suites, and stunning penthouses; thoughtful touches bring nature into your space with reclaimed wood, earthen plaster, clay tones, marble bathrooms, and organic cotton linens. Gloriously streamlined California Mid Century details to create the perfect LA sanctuary in the heart of the Sunset Strip.

For Air Lease Corps head offices in Century City, we produced overscaled illuminated features with a nod to the history of air travel – imagine hot air balloons or vintage biplane wings with cotton ‘skins’ over wood ribs - to infinity and beyond!
