Land of snowbirds, theme parks and a tapestry of cultures bathed in year-round sunshine. A place where bold flavors, vibrant neighborhoods and effortless glamour converge and where some of our favorite design stories come to life.

Designer: Ken Fulk Interiors
Casadonna is a coastal Italian–inspired waterfront destination developed by Groot Hospitality and Tao Group and designed by Ken Fulk Interiors. Located in Miami’s burgeoning Edgewater neighborhood, the restaurant inhabits the same Mediterranean Revival building as the historic Miami Women’s Club. Against that stunning backdrop, lantern-style fixtures in seeded and opalino glass and fanciful crystal accents glow among vibrant pink and aqua tones, rich upholstered details, and lush foliage to create a dreamlike escape.

The name says it all, the aim is simple: have a really good time!
Ken Fulk is synonymous with immersive luxury, known for crafting environments rich in character and narrative. Paired with the innovative vision of co-owner
Pharrell Williams, the result is a whimsical, Wes Anderson–inspired escape defined by pink and mint-green tones, velvet furnishings, and eclectic, meticulously layered details.

Lanterns glow above lively bar scenes while sculptural chandeliers illuminate spaces layered with tropical murals, velvet textures, and bold color - each vignette another invitation to linger a little longer.

Designer: Reddymade
The legendary Karl Lagerfeld created the conceptual design for an exclusive, Mediterranean-inspired haven on the shores of Sunny Isles Beach - the ultimate in glamour and luxury. With designers Reddymade we created a super-scale, turtle-safe feature at the porte cochere and lanterns, chandeliers and torchieres in cast, ribbed and crackle glass leading into the VIP lobbies.

Nestled along the coast of Ponte Vedra Beach, this newly designed resort places you at the center of championship golf and seaside relaxation. Inside, scale and repetition of decorative motifs establish striking lighting focal points that guide you throughout the property. Single and stacked faux alabaster hatboxes with dark oil rubbed bronze detailing float across the lobby and pre function, leading to ballrooms adorned with glowing hand finished maple and linen pendantsproving that scale and repetition never go out of style!

Senior living is reimagined with refined style in this deluxe Naples community. Lighting anchors key focal points across the amenity spaces, helping define an atmosphere of comfort and elegance. Large-scale silhouettes in warm bronze, champagne, and amber tones complement the wood-paneled interiors. Layered with textured upholstery and carpeting, the lighting completes a welcoming, intimate environment.

Designer: Rockwell Group
Following a celebrated debut in Las Vegas, Chef Lorena Garcia and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group reunited to bring a vibrant celebration of Latin flavors to Miami’s historic MiMo District. Layered in warm leather and rich wood, illuminated by glowing colored glass and lush foliage, the space reflects Rockwell Group’s inspiration drawn from Chef Garcia’s cuisine and the open-air residences and hospitality venues found throughout Latin America. A tropical palette meets regional character, channeling the allure of legendary South American cigar lounges and the electric rhythm of Miami nightlife.

Not your everyday car dealership… For this boutique showroom, a one-of-akind racetrack-inspired feature frames the latest luxury vehicles on display. Crystal rods set within a polished nickel structure strike the perfect balance between sophistication and performance edge. Refined accents at the reception and offices reinforce the elevated experience, assuring buyers they are exactly where they belong.

A grand lobby deserves a grand gesture, and here, a cloud of rattan globes painted in playful stripes adds a touch of whimsy. This statement lighting feature sets a vibrant tone at this family-friendly resort. In the café, a relaxeda esthetic unfolds, where “railroad tie” forms—custom hollow frames in distressed dark wood—pair with Edison bulbs, adding a casual, laid-back charm.

Designer: Forum Architecture
A soaring vaulted ceiling sets the stage, but the true artistry lies in bringing the space down to an inviting human scale. A substantial open-ring feature in dark bronze, adorned with crystal rods, grounds the room with elegance and purpose. This glowing centerpiece transforms the lofty architecture into a balanced, welcoming environment. With its organic silhouette and refined materials, the fixture doesn’t just anchor the space—it creates a focal point that blends elegance with everyday comfort, making the common areas feel both grand and intimate.

Designer: Bill Rooney Studio
In Downtown Miami, this meeting room renovation blends urban sophistication with modernist ease. Angular “branch” fixtures bring a crisp, geometric edge to the space, while hatbox pendants in dark satin bronze add a soft, ambient glow. Together, these elements create a balanced interplay of clean lines and inviting warmth, delivering a meeting space that feels both dynamic and approachable.

Designer: Joside Presar Design
With sweeping views of the Orange River in a lush tropical setting, the Verandah Club in Fort Myers’ River District is an idyllic destination for a golfing retreat or a romantic celebration. At its social heart, the River House, designed by local tastemaker Joside Presar, features an updated transitional Florida aesthetic with tiered chandeliers and softly glowing sconces in oil-rubbed bronze and natural linen. Superb.

Designer: Looney & Associates
A neutral lobby can be transformed into a welcoming statement. Here, overlapping downlit panels in azure faux linen create scale and drama across the reception area. Complementing these panels, softly glowing linear “tiled” pendants bring warmth and balance. Together, these elements offer a design that feels both vibrant and harmonious, creating an inviting first impression.

Designer: Clausen-Chewning Interior Design
A striking expression of contemporary coastal luxury. Designed as an inviting gathering space, the atmosphere balances refinement with relaxed elegance. Contemporary, organic silhouettes in natural materials define the setting, cascading rings in oil-rubbed bronze and layered shades in textured linens and papers echo the warmth of the surrounding finishes. Sublime.
