These milestones prepare us to be agile and work closely with our customers. Customer engagement remained at the forefront as LATL showcased its

commercial vehicle solutions at the Tech Show held at Mahindra Towers, Pune. At the ACMA–Ather Tech Show in Bengaluru, LIL presented its EV-centric lighting solutions, reflecting readiness for the future of mobility. LIL also highlighted its engineering excellence at iSoL 2025 through advanced lamps in production, ADB systems, logo projections, and immersive dark-room demonstrations, o ering a glimpse into its future-ready lighting technologies.

Our commitment to quality and consistency was once again recognised at the 50th ICQCC, where LIL Bawal, Lumax Cornaglia Auto Technologies, Pune and LIL Chakan III won Gold Awards in Taipei. This marks the seventh consecutive year Lumax has received Gold Awards, a testimony to our unwavering standards. We also successfully completed the second-stage audits for JIPM-TPM at LIL Chakan III, LIL Bawal, LIL Dharuhera, LIL Pantnagar and LATL Kuruli, reinforcing our focus on operational excellence.

Lumax continued to demonstrate its industry leadership at the ET Global Manufacturing Conclave, Lumax Auto Technologies CEOMr Vikas Marwah shared best practices in manufacturing. Ms Priyanka Sharma, Sr VP & Head Corporate Communications & CSR proudly represented Lumax at the 12th National Conference on Disability, reflecting our commitment to diversity, inclusivity and nurturing talent. This spirit was further strengthened by expanding the 'Usha Ki Kiran' scholarship programme to support 80 students with disabilities through its CSR initiatives.

What Are Green Fuels?

Green fuels, also known as environment-friendly fuels, are derived from renewable and sustainable feedstocks. Unlike fossil fuels, they emit significantly fewer greenhouse gases and pollutants.

Types of Green Fuels

Biofuels: Ethanol and biodiesel made from crops and agricultural waste.

1 2 4 5 3

CNG (Compressed Natural Gas): Cleaner-burning fuel widely used in vehicles.

LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas): E cient for heavy-duty transport and long-haul applications.

Benefits Over Traditional Fuels

Green Hydrogen: Considered the “fuel of the future,” producing only water vapour as a byproduct.

Biogas / Bio-CNG: From agricultural waste, MSW; used in transport and cooking.

Lower carbon emissions and improved air quality.

Alignment with global net-zero targets and sustainability goals. 1 2 3

Enhanced energy security by reducing dependence on imported oil.

Usha Ki Kiran Scholarship

Where Every Ability Finds Light

‘International Day of Persons with Disabilities’

As part of Lumax Group's 80-year journey, we marked a meaningful milestone through the Usha Ki Kiran Scholarship Program, awarding scholarships to 80 specially abled students across Haryana, Maharashtra, and Gujarat. On 3rd December 2025, we came together at GHS Mau Lokri to observe the ‘International Day of Persons with Disabilities’.

What made the day truly special were the stories these students brought to life. Through expressive dances, moving poems, and a powerful nukkad natak reminding us that we are not di erent, we are equal, they shared their journeys, how they turned challenges into opportunities, how they held on to their dreams even when the path felt uncertain, and how determination can outshine every barrier.

These scholarships are more than financial support; they are bridges, bringing each child closer to their dreams and aspirations. They open doors to learning, confidence, and possibility. They a rm that every child deserves a future shaped not by limitations, but by potential.

It was a reminder of why we do what we do: to stand beside every child, to uplift their dreams, and to ensure that every ability finds dignity, opportunity, and light.
