Transjakarta try to make a changes for a better services in the future. We embrace our passanger(s) to always tap-in and tap-out before or after using Transjakarta bus.

We want our services be measured and passanger(s) to be more discipline.

Working at Transjakarta is always challenging. How we can be more creative to embrace our passangers to have a good habit.

It’s not easy to successfully done this campaign. but we did it!

We communcate in so much ways. i contribute to design stickers in the bus for the socialization.

And also i create visual for social media and any poster in bus shelter.

It was challenging, but it was so fun! How we can communicate it until we can change passangers habit.
