Analizar un caso de gestión. Considerar las habilidades de los miembros del equipo y asignarles un rol que puedan ejercer de forma correcta, en comparación a su rol actual
Objective:
Analyze a management case Consider the skills of the team members and assign them a role that they can perform correctly, compared to their current role.
La nula visión de la empresa, el desconocer a su público objetivo, desaprovechar su materia prima y la falta de dirección son solo los primeros problemas a resolver para esta empresa
The null vision of the company, not knowing its target audience, not taking advantage of their principal material and the lack of direction are only the first problems to resolve for this company
En este caso observamos que la falta de liderazgo y asignar tareas a tu equipo sin conocer sus capacidades puede llevar a tu proyecto a perder los objetivos estipulados, generando pérdidas en sus ganancias y desperdiciando esfuerzos.

The Profit is a reality show hosted by Marcus Lemonis, aired on The History Channel. In each episode Marcus Lemonis offers his help to small businesses in need of capital in exchange for a stake in the company.
Para esta entrega tomamos como referencia un episodio de “The Profit”. Tras analizar las habilidades y conocimientos de cada miembro de la compañía, comparamos el rol que tenían en el trabajo y el rol idóneo que podrían tomar según su perfil. Con esto en mente realizamos una matriz para relacionar las tareas a realizar con los encargados. Para este modelos utilizamos Google Slides del paquete Google Workspace.
For this installment we take as reference an episode of "The Profit". After analyzing the skills and knowledge of each member of the company, we compared the role they had at work and the ideal role they could take according to their profile. With this in mind, we made a matrix to relate the tasks to be carried out with those in charge. For these models we use Google Slides from the Google Workspace package.

Con este caso aprendimos la importancia de tener metas fijas, una visión y valores para la empresa, no dejarnos llevar por nuestras emociones, saber cómo tomar decisiones, asignar labores correctamente, aprovechar al máximo a tu equipo de trabajo y las herramientas a tu disposición.
With this case we learned the importance of having goals, a vision and values for the company, not letting ourselves be carried away by our emotions, knowing how to make decisions, assigning tasks correctly, making the most of your work team and the tools at your disposal.
