Woodpro develops, manufactures, and supplies high-quality wooden log cabins, garages, carports, and verandas of good and solid quality at very attractive prices. With no less than 40 years of experience and our own 70,000 m2 production facility, we are your expert when it comes to designing and producing wooden structures. From design to realisation, we have everything in-house, which means there are many possibilities, and we can offer you a lot of flexibility to get your desired design. At Woodpro, we use only high-quality materials. Our spruce wood comes from the Nordic countries, where trees grow slower due to the cold climate. The annual rings are therefore closer together, which makes the wood sturdy and durable. We then kiln-dry the wood to reduce the shrinkage and expansion. Windows, doors, and posts are also laminated and finger-jointed in our factory to prevent warping. On pages 6, 44, and 45, you can read about all the advantages, quality, and flexibility Woodpro offers you, at a very attractive price!

Woodpro uses first-class spruce, which comes from northern countries where the climate is cold and trees grow slowly. As a result, the annual rings are closer together, resulting in more stability and strength. In the process, all our wood is kiln-dried to reduce the shrinking and expansion of the wood and maximise the life of your log cabin. Two building systems: modern and traditional. The modern line features robust 12 x 12 cm posts (from page 9). You will find the traditional line with mill sail joint starting on page 24. All suppliers of our wood are PEFC certified. It is also our mission to deliver our products fully recyclable and limit the waste wood and sawdust. In addition, waste wood and sawdust are reused for other purposes.
Our extras (to be ordered at extra cost) Interior wooden floor: • Floor boards from 19 mm finished with decorative baseboards; • Boiler pressure impregnated floor beams Complete EPDM package for flat roofs: • EPDM membrane and mounting kit; • Roof penetration. Shingles for gable roofs: • Choice of colours: black, red or green; • Including asphalt nails;
Fixing materials Complete package with everything you need to erect your log cabin. Foundation beams Prevent the walls from being in direct contact with the ground. They are boiler pressure impregnated and form a water barrier. Foundation beams are essential for protecting your log cabin. Storm anchor kit: Securely anchors the summer house to the ground. Extra protection against strong winds and storms.
Insulation Opt for floor and roof insulation so you can use your summer house or garage in all seasons Floor insulation Increased comfort: Floor insulation makes the floor feel warmer, improving comfort in a summer house. The floor, together with the insulation, also provides a barrier against rising damp. Our floor insulation, consisting of 40 mm thick thermal boards are laid between the floor beams. The floor beams are boiler pressure impregnated by us, making them suitable for contact with the ground. The floorboards are laid on top of these floor beams. Roof insulation Roof insulation reduces heat loss through the roof. Together with floor insulation, this ensures that you need less energy to heat the summer house in winter and cool it in summer. An insulated roof keeps the indoor temperature more stable, making for a more comfortable indoor climate. Our roof insulation consists of 40 mm thick boards and are: Water resistant; Thermal conductivity (lambda value of 0.027 W/m; Environmentally friendly CE-certified material with FM approval; Fibre-free PIR rigid foam with mineral glass fleece on two sides; Supplied with special long asphalt nails for maximum fastening.

Choose a (colour) treatment All our products are delivered without colour treatment as standard. However, you can choose to have your log cabin fully treated by us at the factory. Go for a transparent stain so your wood is well protected but retains its natural look or go for a nice opaque colour. We offer various treatments in various colours:
Pre-treatment primer With spray impregnation, all interior and exterior surfaces are pre-treated with an impregnating agent. This ensures that your log cabin already has a ground layer and that the parts you no longer reach after assembly are already treated and protected. The advantages of spray impregnation: With this, your log cabin is already primed. The interior is also treated with this and the parts you can no longer reach after assembly are protected. All parts are immediately protected against mould and decay processes. You can choose up to 3 colours per log cabin! Woodpro offers 4 different transparent colours and a colourless treatment to choose from:

Pre-treatment advice To preserve your log cabin, we recommend staining the exterior within 12 months of installation, in the case of a white primer within 6 months, and with colourless, immediately after installation.

Staining extra protection
Pressure treatment low maintenance
Staining your summer house provides an extra 2-4 years of protection, depending of course on weather conditions and location. Discover how staining extends lifespan and improves appearance. Advantages when you choose the stain treatment: Additional protection against UV radiation and mould. Additional protection of around 2-4 years. Your entire log cabin is first pretreated colourlessly on all sides (primer) and then stained in colour. Posts are stained on all sides and walls and fascia on the outside. Multiple colours possible per log cabin. Windows and doors are treated with three coats (primer, intermediate treatment and stain).
Pressure-impregnated wood is low maintenance and will keep for at least 10 years in all weather conditions. The wood takes on a beautiful greyed appearance over time*. Advantages of boiler pressure impregnation: Protection against rot, mould, and insects. A beautiful greying appearance over time. Lifetime of at least 10 years. Including impregnation of the roof sheathing. The inside is also boiler pressure impregnated.
