The Pro Shop stocks all the leading brands in golf equipment including Callaway, Ping and Mizuno. Look the part on the course with a vast selection of fashionable clothing from the likes of Footjoy, Under Armour, Oakley and Glenmuir with a wide range of accessories and gift ware always available. We also offer an excellent custom fitting service on our state of the art GC2+HMT launch monitor that gives you that added confidence that the equipment you are using is perfectly suited to your individual swing characteristics.

Golf can be a difficult game to master; you only have to watch the touring pros’ on television that play the game for a living to have this view confirmed. What chance does the casual player who has so many other demands on his or her time have? It may not be possible to break par on a regular basis but professional tuition, combined with dedication and practice, can lead to a significant improvement in performance. With greater understanding of your strengths and weaknesses you can better asses how to realise your own potential and enjoy the personal satisfaction that comes from its achievement. Goal setting in golf, as in life, can be richly rewarding.

Our professional staff are available seven days a week and no matter what you wish to gain from the game of golf one of our four PGA Professionals will be able to help you achieve your goal. We offer individual and group lessons for beginners all the way through to the elite players.

We assess coaching with both video and GC2(HMT) launch monitor services to ensure we have extra opportunities to improve your game as we believe these are both vital to delivering a good coaching session.

We deliver top advice on techniques and course management to players of all standards. At Verulam we are keen to encourage younger players to take up the game and a tailored package of lessons is available from the PGA Professional. The instruction teaches youngsters all aspects of the game including chipping, pitching, putting and driving plus course etiquette.
