• Efficiently handled 50+ inbound and outbound calls per day from potential tenants, landlords, and property inquiries, providing essential information and guidance.

• Resolved client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong problemsolving and communication skills.

• Conducted follow-up calls to gather feedback from tenants and landlords, fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.

• Handled numerous client viewings on a range of properties

• Actively contributed to team meetings and training sessions, sharing insights and best practices to improve overall efficiency and customer service.

• Supported the lettings team with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation, streamlining office operations.

1 Week of unpaid Work Experience

• Valuable insight into the industry, rolling between departments such as Residential and Commercial Lettings & Sales, property management, block management & property development, shadowing staff and observing the various stages of property transactions.

• Developed an understanding of the legal and regulatory aspects of real estate, including contracts, disclosures, and property laws.

• Gained hands-on experience in property management, including overseeing maintenance requests, tenant inquiries, and lease agreements.

Jul 2024 - My attitude, enthusiasm and contribution to the office atmosphere during the previous summer led to the offer of a second paid summer internship at the same company starting in early July.
