Lucas Birdsall

Vancouver-based business executive Lucas Birdsall is known for his ability to create long lasting relationships with clients. His track record of earning trust through genuine connections has made him a well respected name in the field. Birdsall is an alumni of the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2015 with a focus in Finance and Operations Management. Presently, Birdsall holds a position as a Venture Capitalist with Parabellum Capital Strategies Ltd. He is responsible for managing investments for opportunities in natural resources, technology, and biotech/pharmaceutical sectors. In this role, Birdsall has honed his skills in risk management, analysis and research. Birdsall’s professional experience has spanned many positions of leadership, making him a powerhouse in the industry. He has held the position of Chief Executive Officer with GMBG Capital Corp and Castlebar Capital Corp, helping to expand the asset portfolios of each corporation. He has also served as an Account Executive with Veritaaq IT Consulting, working with clients in the Financial Services and Telecommunications industries. Before this, Birdsall spent time training as an Underwriter with Northbridge Financial Corporation. Outside of the office, Birdsall enjoys staying active by lifting weights, swimming and playing tennis. He is a former member of the Langley Olympians Swim Club where he competed in the freestyle, breaststroke, and fly stroke events. Birdsall collects art and has cultivated an appreciation for antique boats. He is an avid sports fan, with a particular interest in baseball and NCAA basketball.
