Frank E. Siple was born November 25, 1892 in Hammond, Tangipahoa, Louisiana to Elias and Arloa Siple. His father passed away two years later. By the start of World War I, Frank had relocated to Ogle County, Illinois where he would become a pastor in the Church of God.

This album portrays the sad life of Rev. Frank E. Siple.
