LEVERAGE Strategic Partnership Proposal
More capacity. More choice. More value for members. Dear Hawaii Credit Union League Leadership, Hawaii’s credit unions serve distinct communities, yet they share many of the same priorities: expanding member relationships, meeting rising service expectations, managing operational complexity, protecting institutional trust and building resilient teams. LEVERAGE proposes a revenue-sharing partnership that gives the Hawaii Credit Union League a curated portfolio of credit-union-focused companies to introduce across its membership. Each company supports one or more of five strategic pillars.
GROWTH Helping credit unions expand relationships and strengthen financial performance.
TALENT Strengthening teams and addressing staffing needs.

EFFICIENCY
Safeguarding the institution, supporting compliance and maintaining member trust.
Reducing cost and complexity while improving staff productivity.
This model creates a new source of value for the League while allowing each credit union to select the solutions that best align with its size, strategy and priorities. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all program, the partnership provides flexible access to specialized expertise, technology and operational support. Together, we can extend the League’s role as a trusted connector, bringing proven solutions, cooperative scale and practical support to credit unions throughout Hawaii. The LEVERAGE Team 2
Why This Partnership A trusted-advisor model creates more value than a vendor directory LEVERAGE brings together owned companies and trusted partners within one connected ecosystem. A dedicated team helps credit unions identify needs, align the right solutions and expand relationships over time, while the Hawaii Credit Union League remains the trusted connection point.
HOW SHARED VALUE IS CREATED 1. The Hawaii Credit Union League surfaces member priorities and opens trusted access. 2. LEVERAGE aligns needs with relevant, credit-union-focused solutions. 3. Member adoption generates agreed revenue-sharing value for the Hawaii Credit Union League.

A Partnership Designed to Create Shared Value Each solution delivers meaningful value to participating credit unions while creating a defined revenue opportunity for the Hawaii Credit Union League. Because the solutions operate under different pricing models, HCUL revenue may take several forms: • A percentage of net income or service revenue • A one-time referral payment • A percentage of ongoing purchases • A per-account payment • A tiered payment based on the solution selected or contract value The following pages outline the value each solution provides to Hawaii’s credit unions and the corresponding revenue opportunity for the League.

Actual HCUL payments will depend on the solution selected, qualifying client activity, final pricing, contract terms and the applicable partner agreement. Where revenue share is based on net income, the calculation applies to the provider’s net income attributable to the referred account rather than the client’s total contract value. Net income may reflect applicable delivery costs, discounts, service changes and other adjustments.
