2 Healthy food or comfort food?

It's important to eat healthy food if you want your body to feel good. But eating healthy doesn’t mean eating salads all the time – it means eating a varied diet. You need di erent types of food that have vitamins, proteins, fats and bers in them. But sometimes you just want to eat food that makes you happy – even if it’s not that good for you. This type of food is called comfort food.

Vitamins are found in fruit and vegetables. Proteins are found in meat, eggs and beans.

Fats are found in nuts and sh. Fibers are found in bread, pasta and rice.
