The first Jesuit school opened in Messina, Italy, making Loyola part of a 500-year tradition of Jesuit education. St. Ignatius knew that schools were an ideal setting to form the minds and hearts of those who, fueled by their education, would make significant contributions to their communities and inspire others to seek knowledge, grow in faith, and aspire to lives of service to others.

INNOVATION SPIRITUAL FORMATION Retreats at every grade level enable our students to grow in their faith and form bonds with their classmates.

These experiences are often the highlight of the year, with the intensity and length of the retreat culminating in the transformational Kairos retreat.

Our Cyber Science program is recognized as the global leader in implementing a Cyber curriculum to middle and high school students. We also have an award-winning robotics program, robust engineering courses, and our new 1:1 technology program.

Being a Don is truly one of the greatest joys of my life. As each year passes by, I cherish more and more the gift of my Loyola education, one rooted in the Jesuit tradition and in Ignatian ideals. I am proud to continue my family tradition of being a Loyola Don. And, the fun doesn’t end when summer break arrives. Taking part in the Mountain Biking camp is the best! I’m making friends at each step of the way during my time here and I can’t wait to see what my remaining years bring.

Awarded to families with demonstrated financial need as determined through an application process via FACTS Tuition and Aid.

Awarded to students who manifest outstanding academic achievement, leadership, and involvement in cocurricular activities. Recipients are identified during the admissions process based upon placement testing performance, teacher recommendations, and grades.

Awarded to students based on academics, leadership qualities, and talent. Program directors, activity moderators, and coaches partner with our Admissions team to identify candidates for these awards. They recognize a broad level of demonstrated excellence in a variety of areas, including speech and debate, interscholastic athletics, and the arts.
