WELCOME

Well, what a summer that was.

There may have been grey clouds and plenty of rain, but you’ll agree we managed to cram something in for everyone. Whether it was a free community event out in The Tent, a copy of our free 24-page activity pack designed in-house by a local artist or even one of our many sold-out events from Teach Rex Live and the misconceptions of the T-Rexwe had it all.

The fun doesn’t end with summer! As we move towards our annual festive period, we expect to welcome over 15,000 people through our doors for this year’s pantomime, Jack & The Beanstalk. Will Jack find the courage to slay the evil giant and save his village from

We do not charge a booking fee.

CONCESSIONARY PRICES

Concessionary rates are available on most of the shows within our programme for people aged 65+.

Specific events may allow for student concessions, but ID will be required.

CHILDREN’S TICKETS

Some shows offer a child’s ticket for a discounted price if they are aged 16 or under.

Children aged 2+ will require a ticket unless otherwise stated.

CARER & COMPANION TICKETS

We offer one free ticket for carers or companions for people with a disability. An Access Card is required, which you can get online at accesscard.org.uk.

DISCOUNTS

If you are buying 10 tickets for a show, then you get the 11th ticket free. The discount will be applied at checkout.

OUR NEW EDUCATION CENTRE & STUDIO THEATRE

Well, it’s official - construction on our highly-anticipated 150-seat Education Centre & Studio Theatre is now underway!

This build is the first of three key phases, which will help keep us at the heart of the Fylde community while continuing to captivate new audiences.

Over the coming months, you’ll be able to see the shell of the building coming together and we can’t wait.

Deep in the woods, something is stirring this autumn. It’s our annual Pumpkins in the Park festival!

ABOUT THE FRIENDS

As a group, the Friends of Lowther Pavilion were formed to assist and help secure the future of our venue as a permanent, successful and vibrant part of the Fylde Community.

Since being founded in 2008, the Friends have raised and donated over £100,000. This includes renovating our floor in the main auditorium, the installation of a new hearing look system and even contributing to the costs of our current bar.

By becoming a Friend of Lowther Pavilion, you’re helping to keep the theatre at the heart of the community.

Lowther Cafe is open: 8am - 4.30pm 363 days a year

All our cakes and savouries are homemade in the cafe

We serve hot & cold drinks, ice creams, cakes, snacks and full meals

Full cakes are available to order for occasions.

Lytham is easily accessible by travelling along the promenade from Blackpool, from the M55 motorway or from Warton/ Preston.

BY BUS

We are a five-minute walk from the nearest bus stop on Lowther Terrace (11, 17, 68, 68C, 76 and 916).

BY TRAIN

Lytham is served by Northern Rail. The closest railway station is Lytham (a 12-minute walk).

PARKING

We have on-site parking space available. Parking is free if you are attending a show, otherwise it costs £3* for all day parking. A valid ticket must be displayed and tickets can be purchased from our Box Office.
