It is my privilege to present a digital copy of my personal premiere issue of Lowrider Magazine 1977, started by Sonny Madrid et al. out of San Jose, CA. I do this to preserve our cultural histories.
Not everyone will have the opportunity to own an original copy, but that should not limit Raza (or any other fan of our culture) to have access.
