Overcoming and Preventing Burnout

A Workshop for May “Mental Health Awareness Month”

Overwhelmed? Emotionally exhausted? Or sensing you need changes to prevent this? May is Mental Health Awareness Month and God’s love and grace extend to our whole selves, so let’s talk about overcoming and preventing burnout. We’ll touch on topics like evaluating boundaries and priorities, practicing self-care, and creating healthy habits of mind and body. This workshop will take place on Sunday, May 3 at 11:00am in Williams Hall and will be facilitated by Nancy Care
