The Bible is full of repeating themes— echoes that carry deeper meaning across time and text. Join us for an eight-week adult Sunday School series, beginning September 7 at 11:00 am, as we explore some of Scripture’s most powerful motifs, including Covenant, Mountains, Dragons, and Exodus. Each week we’ll uncover how these recurring images reveal God’s character, connect the Old and New Testaments, and speak into our lives today.

During the month of June we “Set Sail” with our Family Vacation Bible School Parents and kids laughed and learned together during this sailing adventure, which gave us plenty of opportunities to learn how amazing God is! VBS participants donated over $700 to Living Waters for the World, which helps to provide clean drinking water to people around the world.
This summer 46 people spent a week serving the community of Morgantown, WV. Our teams supported those in need by replacing a leaking roof, replacing rotting decks and stairs, staining a new deck, repairing and painting interior walls and ceilings, repairing a porches and a wheelchair ramp, volunteering at a thrift store, helping at food pantries, gardening in a local park, and spending time with residents at a retirement community. Each evening our team met for a time of worship, games, and teaching, focusing on the theme that we are “stronger together” Despite the hot temperatures, our team saw God’s goodness in many different ways - especially through the homeowners we were serving!

Seasons of Fellowship and Faith
This summer LPPC members had several opportunities to enjoy spending meaningful time together!
Mosaic Friends, LPPC’s small group for adults with disabilities, met at a local bowling alley. Everyone had a great time showing off their skills. The group can’t wait to go back again! Mosaic Friends’ next meeting will be in September.
The Presbyterian Seniors bus trip on the Toms River cruise could not have been a better day. Beautiful weather, great food and lots of wonderful fellowship. There were 49 attendees, and it was great being driven by Perkiomen Bus! Participants just sat back and relaxed.
A Senior Fellowship Potluck luncheon was held on July 9th where almost 50 friends gathered for food, fun, fellowship and a hymn sing. Come join the next Senior Fellowship at noon on October 15 ! th
Sacred Spaces, a quarterly midweek service at LPPC’s Old Norriton Church, met on August 20 for prayer, meditation, hymns and scripture. God blesses us when we gather together in His name! th
Interested in coming along on the next Presbyterian Seniors trip? Watch for more information about our November trip to Sight & Sound in Lancaster to see “Noah”. Plans are being finalized!
From bus trips to potlucks to times of quiet reflection, this summer reminded us that God is at work whenever we gather in His name. We give thanks for these opportunities to grow in faith and community and look forward to the blessings yet to come.
LPPC's congregation is divided into parishes, or groups, and each parish is looked after by one of our deacons. Please reach out to your deacon if you are ill or in need of assistance.
