Unison Prayer of Confession
Gracious God, You invite us to Your table, yet we confess that we often seek places of honor. We want to be noticed and appreciated, and our hearts become focused on status rather than humility. Forgive us when pride shapes our actions and comparison fills our hearts. Teach us to take the lower seat, to welcome those who are overlooked, and to trust that every place at Your table is a gift of grace. Form in us the humble heart of Christ, so that we may live not for recognition, but for love. Amen.
