The Downtown Carlisle Association is happy to welcome you to downtown and the 2022 UPMC Ice Art Fest. This year’s event features 90 ice sculptures. Many of our downtown businesses are participating with sculptures, activities, sales and entertainment. All sculptures can be found using the map in this guide. Enjoy shopping and dining as you stroll through Historic Downtown Carlisle.
