HELLO LOVELY Hello! I’m Louise, the creative designer behind Two For Joy Illustration. Two For Joy Illustration is an independent publisher of distinctive greeting cards, with an emphasis on beautiful, playful illustrations, paired with hand drawn typography. You will also find a small range of giftware within the pages of this catalogue! I work from my home studio in Ipswich, Suffolk. I have been running TFJ since 2016 and I have been lucky enough to have my cards in paperchase and funky pigeon, and I have worked on illustration briefs for English Heritage and Historic Scotland too. I launched my wholesale collection in 2020, and I’m really excited to start stocking some beautiful retailers in the UK! All printed products are made here in the UK, with a focus on sustainability and quality. You can read more about this over the next few pages. You will find a number of badges throughout these pages. To help you on your way, I have placed these ‘Bestseller’ badges on my best selling products from 2020. You can use them as a guide, or ignore them completely! I am certain you know what is best for your customers :) New additions to ranges are showcased alongside these little ‘New for 2021’ arrows. And I have been lucky enough to gain Finalist and Shortlisted status for Gift of the Year 2020 / 2021 on both a product and an entire range of my cards. Flick through to learn more!

A Planet-friendly PLEDGE I am passionate about reducing the use of packaging, especially plastics, within my business. Here are a few planet-friendly pledges I have made this year: All Greeting Cards and Art Prints are proudly printed in the UK on 300gsm FSC Certified cardstock. Each card and its envelope are 100% recyclable. The envelopes themselves are made from recycled materials too! The manufacturers of my cards and art prints are proud eco-warriors too; their warehouse is solar-powered, all of their offcuts are recycled, and every single printing press is carbon neutral. Cards are protected by planet-friendly bio-based film as standard, which is compostable, biodegradable and recyclable. If you’d prefer your cards naked and nested, no problem! Just let me know when you order. Orders will often arrive with you in second-use cardboard boxes, secured with plastic free tape, where possible.

HOW TO ORDER Orders can be sent via email. You can use our order form, or just pop the details in the body of your email, whichever you prefer. Please be sure to use product codes, qtys, PO Number if required, and include your invoice and delivery address too. Please send order to hello@louiserichardsondesign.co.uk

Payment Terms Payment can be made via Bacs. At the moment I operate Pro Forma invoices only. If you need terms, just let me know and we can discuss this together :) Late payment will incur an additional monthly fee of 10%. Please note - I am not VAT registered.

Returns & Back orders Wholesale orders are firm sale, and Items are non-returnable. Damages should be notified within 5 working days of receipt. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified when it returns into stock. You will not be invoiced for items which are out of stock.

selLing online We would be honoured to feature on your online shop! You can sell our products on your own dedicated website, but selling on online marketplaces such as Amazon and Ebay is strictly prohibited. We would be happy to provide you with our product photographs to support your website listings.

BARCODES At this time, my products come without barcodes. Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s something I am interested in adding; if your business requires barcodes, please get in touch.

MINIMUM ORDER The minimum opening order is £100, excluding delivery costs. Subsequent orders minimum £80 Please order in the pack sizes as shown. Prices are in GBP.

Processing & Shipping

Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be packaged and shipped to you. Processing times may be slower in busier times; if you need your order for a specific date please let me know :) Domestic carriage is free on all orders above £150, otherwise carriage is charged at a flat rate of £10. All orders are shipped with tracking.
