• You must wear a face mask or face covering in public when social distancing (staying at least 6 feet apart) is not possible, unless a face covering is not medically tolerated. This includes on public transport, in stores and on crowded sidewalks. • Children over 2 years of age should wear a face mask in public, too. Children under 2 years of age should NOT wear face coverings for safety reasons. • Cloth face coverings should be made from fabric you can't see through when held up to the light. They must be cleaned before reusing. • Disposable paper face masks should be used for one outing outside the home. They cannot be properly cleaned. • The best way to prevent COVID-19 is to continue social distancing (staying at least 6 feet away from others), even when wearing a face covering.

What’s Happening Now? New York Mag Destiny Johnson is a young female rapper from Brooklyn, NY but resides in Queens,NY. Since childhood the stage has always called to her in a different way, she wondered how she can get there and make her dreams a reality. Destiny first started performing in minor school performances which lead her to pursue an actress career. She went to The School For Classics: An Academy for Thinkers, Writers, and Performers where she studied acting, stage production, and even story telling. Her passion for writing poetry in her free time turned into writing music, and in 2016 she released her first song on SoundCloud. Her first freestyle was a cover to Lil Wayne’s “A Milli”, this gave her the confidence and the diligence to move forward in her career as a rapper. She received so much great feedback that she dropped one more freestyle to Mobb Deep’s “Shook Ones Pt2”, by the end of 2016 Destiny dropped her first official single entitled “Oh Lord”. After an array of singles and freestyles she finally dropped her first 7 song mixtape in 2017 entitled “#ProjectMenace”. She has been performing for 3 consecutive years and recording for 4. Another one of her projects which was her second mixtape entitled “Relentless” aired on SoundCloud in 2017. One of her first major performances was Coast2Coast Live in August 2017 where she placed second. In 2018 she had already touched the stage many of times and finally her hard work payed off. Destiny signed a contract in October 2018 with Pretty Money Records LLC, from there she has been able to perform for Irv Gotti for a chance to be on Tales. She has won a feature with Rev Runs very own son JoJo Simmons at Manhattan showcase called Next2Rise and she has also gotten the chance to record and meet with New York’s hottest new talent. While signed to Pretty Money Records she has dropped two singles. “Get Out My Way ft Handsome Balla” which is now streaming on VEVO and World Star Hip Hop and “All That ft Saad God , Gat Murdah , and Dyce Payne”. She has an upcoming EP called “MENACE WORLD” which is set to drop October 31st , 2020 on all streaming platforms with two amazing music videos for the project. This project will be featuring two of her best singles “UNITY” & “Dreams Money Can Buy” these two tracks will have music videos for them.

Most artists dream of a career that spans over a decade boasting international accolades, chart-topping hits, and underground classics, Barbadian-born/ Brooklyn-raised Rayvon has garnered this success and more while affectionately being dubbed the “ambassador of hip-hop reggae.” Having shared the stage with monolithic icons The Rolling Stones and Michael Jackson. Dubbed the reggae Usher by the late great James Brown., his pop-infused Caribbean flavor has paved the way for the next generation of Barbadian recording artists such as Rihanna, Shontelle, and Jaicko. Rayvon is known for his work with multi-platinum selling vocalist Shaggy. The two began collaborating on a string of tunes in the 90’s which culminated in the Sting Int’l produced the regional hit “Big Up.” Rayvon says, “We both got our break with that record. It put us in the reggae/dancehall spotlight. I had a smooth-edged style of singing and he had that rough DJ style. The chemistry was amazing.” Rayvon was also featured covering The Melodians’ classic “Rivers of Babylon” on the B-side of Shaggy’s 1993 hit “Oh Carolina”

The following year Rayvon’s solo star began to brighten with the release of his hip-hop reggae classic “No Guns, No Murder” (produced by Funkmaster Flex) on the venerable VP Records. What’s Happening Now? New York Mag What is your creative process? I like to start with the music and or a melody. Also seeing something happening. Build off of things that are relatable to the people these are the songs that become classics. Last but not least I need positive vibes. The energy has to be right if not its expressed in the music.

How are you managing during this pandemic shelter and place? “Nobody expected this people were making plans.” For me I try to stay positive. “Make use of the time don’t let the time use you.” This is where I touch up on thing I was doing and teach myself something else stay busy.

Who are some of your greatest influence outside of music? Muhammad Ali being as how he took a stance on his own personal beliefs. It takes a certain type of strength to do that. To go against the majority especially when you have so much to lose. Nelson Mandela the embodiment of practicing what you preach. How do you stay relevant after all of these years? Talk about what’s happening now. Making music that’s relatable this is the key to standing the test of time. How has Covid-19 affected you? I have some of my friends, relatives, and business associates that have passed away.

Does tragedy influence your music like What’s going Marvin Gaye? I like to come from different angle maybe something funny or happy vibes. Timing is everything in what I do. Does music run in your family? Well my father played a lot of soul music. That definitely inspired me coming up. What would you be doing if you wasn’t in music I would probably be a detective or a Judge or something.

What’s Happening Now? New York Mag talk to me..rayvon How is it navigating the music business for as long as you have been doing it? Well first you have to love the music. When you love something the way I do nothing can get you upset. A lot of people get mad at the business then blame the music. How do you avoid the snakes and the pitfalls of the business? I have been bit a couple of times. Any snake trainer will get bit a couple of times. The thing is to learn from it. What advice do you have for up and coming artists? First and foremost you have to love the music. Learn the business and understand that it’s not an overnight thing. You have to love it even if it’s not loving you. Don’t take it personal you may have to change your approach a little bit. Patience is key you keep loving it and eventually it will show you love back. Tell me about your new website. The name of the website is getthatcheddarent.com What are your latest project you are working on? I have a label GTC(Get That Cheddar entertainment) that’s been around for 10 years. I just released my solo album (independent album) through it. Trouble again was my first single I put out. I have also been working with K Queens through the alliance family they have song called Jamdown Top Ranking. Also I have an artist I have been working with his name is Sugar Bear “I see you” There is a 2020 remix to “It wasn’t me” “When she love me” (feat. Shaggy). I want to big up Sugar Kpriest Record Ralph(hip hop artist) he is on the song “Wonder Girl”

DJ Kojak born to Ghanaian immigrants who forced for a better life from Ghana West Africa to America. DJ Kojak known as Kwadjo Adu Twum was born and raised in East Hartford Connecticut in the USA. Music was always a passion for Kojak as he always used to play with his father’s stereo system especially the turntable & tape decks. Once his parents saw he found interest in music, Mr. Yaw Twum Sakyi & wife Maame Ama Yeboah Sakyi bought their son his first DJ Equipment at an early age of 15 years old. With the brand new equipment Kojak then prepared himself to play his first professional function at North Eastern University with Ghana’s Legendary Saxophonist Jerry Hansen of Ramblers Dance Band supported by Skilo and Alex. After that night in Boston, it all became history as the years went on.

Kojak has now gained the trust of the Ghanaian, African, & Caribbean Communities in the New England areas. At around age 17, DJ Kojak started gaining a high interest in the Dance hall Reggae market, beginning to play vinyl records, dubs, and 45s, spinning artist such as Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Bunny Wailer, Shabba Ranks, Supercat, Buju Banton, Sanchez, Junior Rodigan & Wayne Wonder to name a few. Kojak now built himself up quickly advancing to play on one of the most repeatable sound systems from Worcester Ma which was when Renegade International was introduced to him by his good friends Daddy Gold & Dimention lead by Fadda Romie giving him the opportunity to play alongside sounds like Stone Love, Massive B, Afrique Sound, Killamanjaro, Bass Odyssey, Bodyguard plus many more. Still playing on Renegade Kojak transitioned and was honored to be road DJ and hype man for Dance hall Superstar Artists Mr. Easy & Red Fox traveling all over the states and world as their official stage show DJ. Real game Mr. Easy introduced Kojak to multi-platinum recording artist Sean Paul before even blowing up in his career. In his travels, Kojak got introduced to Boston’s Superstar Reggae Artist Mighty Mystic who played a superior role in Kojak’s career in which lead him to work with superstars such as Shaggy, Babycham, Beenie Man, Bounty Killer, Rayvon, Cecile, Vybz Kartel to name a few. Mighty Mystic also introduced Kojak to DJ Roy Barboza at Boston’s Jamn 94.5fm studio where Barboza was impressed with the hyped energy that Kojak brought to the table and there he added him to the top-notch DJ Crew called The 45 Crew. Kojak landed a nightspot on Boston’s Jamn 94.5fm radio station giving him the opportunities to work with acts like Dipset, Funkflex, Lumidee, Lil’Kim, Junior Mafia, Bravehearts, M.O.P, Akon, Snoop Dog, Bruno Mars, Shakira, The Game, & Barrington Levy. Kojak also landed a role as official DJ for Boston Dance hall Superstar as well Pelpa formerly known as Madbwoy from KMG lead by JaymesKMG.

DJ Kojak became one of the first to ever play Afrobeat Hiplife Music on Jamn 94.5fm airwaves leading him to receive his first time ever DJ Of The Year award presented to him by Ghana web Media personnel Mr. Cnn of 3G Media in New York City alongside Boogie Down Nima’s Hashim Haruna. Years after in 2019 3G honors his new team FSRDJS with 3 Major Lifetime Achievement Awards. Currently, Kojak’s focus is predominantly on lifting up African Music in which has now blown up to AfroBeat, humbly playing an instrumental role to elevate his culture Mama Africa. In 2017 DJ Kojak was blessed to return home to the motherland Ghana after 24 years. By returning home he was able to be introduced to DJ Black of JOYFM 88.9 & was asked to do a Show set On Air Live with D j Black for his predominant show OpenHouseParty. When Only God Can Hear You Nicole Thompson Born in Houston , Texas as Nicole Douglas, I was raised in the early 70’s back in a time when the village raised all the kids,neighbors loved each other as family, kids played outside until the street lights came on, kids brought books home to do homework and families sat at the same table for dinner. My life and reality began for me when I got pregnant my senior years in high school by the gentleman who I thought I would marry and spend the rest of my life with. Although my high school didn’t consider me to be a positive influence on the under class , I still graduated because dropping out or getting a GED was not an option for me. By the time I was 21 years old I was a single mother of two daughters , the gentleman that I planned to spend my life with was an innocent bystander who was fatally shot in a drive shooting after attending a homecoming football game between rival High Schools Madison Sr, High and Willowridge Sr High in Hiram Clarke , Texas. My life took a turn for the worst after the loss of my kids father, I ended up in an abusive relationship where I was not allowed pictures of my kids father, I was not allowed to grieve or even visit his grave. I never saw violence in my home when I was growing up so I allowed the shame and fear to consume me so bad that I became withdrawn and isolated from my family and the world , I literally held myself hostage in my own life.

Fast forward to 2020 and the George Floyd murder, Shawn Cornelius was moved to jump start his movement once again, as now there are globally unified protests to stop this madness. Cornelius is a comedian, musician, author, radio dj, actor, producer, film director, and now adds activist to his list of titles. People deserve better than what we’re getting as far as respect and the right to live and breathe. One of the worst things about this is the people that are supposed to protect us are the ones destroying us. In July 2020 Shawn created his talk show platform Enough Is Enough SC2020, and teamed up with fellow comedians Onika Mclean and Talent to provide a platform to discuss this and other serious issues. Shawn’s passion has spread to family, friends, and his fans that are ready to support his movement. There are several live events in pre- production for NYC, abroad, and a virtual TV show that will have several people discussing the current situation and the Enough Is Enough movement. Hip hop artist, Wayz Da Don was born in Queens, NY and raised in Palm Beach, Fl. Wayz moved to Atlanta, Ga. In 2005 and began artist development. He formed Muscle Inc. with rapping partner Woody Kane and they named the group Rawlife, which now goes by Rawlife Ent. In 2011 Wayz hit the scene with his debut single Sushi featuring Woody Kane. Rawlife Ent. dropped 2 albums, The Raw Report in 2013 and El Jefe El Fuego in 2016. While working on El Jefe El Fuego Wayz Da Don made his acting debut on a webisode called Queenpin, in which Wayz played the role of a dirty detective name Detective Barnes. Shortly after the webisode he started working on his solo project, The Bosses Roundtable, which is available on all music app stores. The singles off that album include Keep Grindin, Feelin Lit, and Bills. He is currently working on new material and is dropping singles throughout 2020 with the first being Coco, a slow vibe for the ladies featuring Micahfonecheck. Born and raised in the South Bronx, Alex Hugo knew he wanted to be a filmmaker the minute he grabbed his first camcorder. In 1987 at the age of 10 years old, his mother would throw weekly parties record them all on her camcorder. Alex would always want to hold the camera and record but his mother wouldn’t let him. One day he visited his dad over the weekend and his dad bought him a camcorder for a Christmas gift. Since then he recorded and captured everything from his neighborhood friends to his classmates in school. From 1992 through 2002 Alex created a documentary called “My Bronx Tale (10-year Time Capsule) which is now on Youtube. Inspired by Michael Jackson’s music videos in the 80’s and early 90’s which were like mini movies. In 2005, Alex Hugo started to generate revenue filming music videos under the name PBOYE FILMS. With over 100 music videos under his belt he wanted to challenge himself and live his dream to the fullest and go into film arena. In 2014, while studying for his Master’s in Business he also joined an alternative acting school to understand how an actor thinks and the process of acting. This would make him understand fully on how to direct and support what an actor needs on set to get the best of him/her. Once he completed a year of training he started to go on auditions and take on roles. In 2015, he starred in his first short film “Red Sweat” which now has over 5 film festival awards. This first experience gave Alex an entire new platform and frame of mind of where he can go with this new skill. In late 2015, he wrote his own short film, brought together a team and shot it with an iPhone 4 plus. In 2016, released a limited series called BULLY the Rise of two Kings based on a universe that revolves around to undercover cops Rico and Valentine. Alex Hugo anticipates 2020 being a huge year for the team. The Bully “The Dead Don’t Die” is the final chapter in the BULLY universe. It will be streamed and available on multiple platforms such as ROKU, DEJA VU TV , PRIME VIDEO, TUBI and much more.
