Whether you call it Mardi Gras, Carnival or the greatest party on earth, we call it a chance to let the good times roll on the river! BUD LIGHT MARDI GRAS RIVER PARADE & FESTIVAL

This February, the Arneson River Theatre will transform into Mardi Gras central. Grab your most festive masks, costumes and traditional Mardi Gras beads, and head down to enjoy live music, exciting entertainment, jazz bands and mouth-watering food vendors. Join us for the Bud Light Mardi Gras River Parade featuring a procession of decorated river boats that transforms the River Walk into a floating Mardi Gras celebration. Admission is free. Food, drinks and souvenirs are available for purchase.

RIVER WALK ROYALTY CORONATION

A Royal Coronation ceremony at the Arneson River Theatre kicks off the Bud Light Mardi Gras River Parade on the river. The River Walk Royalty serve as ambassadors for the San Antonio River Walk and promote all of the events and parades. After the new 2023 Court is officially crowned, they will hop on parade boats and join in the parade festivities!

MARDI GRAS ARTISAN SHOW

February 17–19

Friday & Saturday: 11:00am to 11:00pm

Sunday: 11:00am to 8:00pm

During the Mardi Gras fun, over 40 local artisans will be displaying and selling their beautiful handmade wares along the San Antonio River Walk Extension located on the Chamber of Commerce sidewalk close to the Shops at Rivercenter. Shop pottery, textiles, jewelry, woodwork, paintings, beadwork and more. You might even find the perfect pair of beads or mask to complete your Mardi Gras costume! Free to attend.
