With 20 years of experience in PR and marketing, I have developed expertise across lifestyle, FMCG, beauty, health and wellness.

My career began in traditional PR, where I built strong media relationships and created impactful press materials, and has since evolved into a comprehensive content offering.

I now provide end to end content creation that ensures a cohesive and visually engaging presence across all platforms. My work spans media relations, client communications, social media storytelling, award winning industry entries and blog writing, alongside the creation of websites, events and high quality marketing materials including brochures and pitch decks.

Alongside this, I have a strong editorial background as the founder and editor of two local publications (Ealing Living Magazine & Hill Living Magazine), responsible for both design and written content. I also contributed to the launch of Hair Magazine, further demonstrating my ability to deliver high quality editorial work.
