It is imperative for all members to follow the guidelines. All guidelines are based on compliance with state and local orders for the purpose of resuming the use of the golf facility.
GOLF COURSE The Golf Shop will be open from 8-5. Wear your mask while inside.
All bag and shoe service will be unavailable. Range available for Practice at anytime Use of player’s own golf balls at the short game area and practice green only. Foam fillers are in all holes.
Allow shared cart use where a

GOLF RESERVATIONS lostcitygolftimes@GMAIL.COM • Starting times will be set at ten minute intervals to promote social distancing and avoid congregation of players. Guest are allowed on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday all day and After 1:30pm on Fri-Sat-Sun • Starting times are available from 8:00 a.m. through 5:30 p.m. • Reservations can be made no sooner than 8:00 a.m. two (2) days before the desired day of play. Please do not make requests before 8:00 a.m. - they will not be considered when building out the approved starting times. Example: We will start accepting emails for Saturday play at 8:00 a.m. Thursday (no sooner). • Reservation requests can only be made for a foursome or fewer (no multi-group pairings will be accepted in a single request) and should be made by one (1) designated person in the pairing group. • Reservation requests can be made by EMAIL ONLY at lostcitygolftimes@gmail.com. This is the only way we can have time stamped and verifiable history, assuring consistency and equality. • Each morning, the following day’s reservations will be emailed out with the assigned times. Anyone wishing to fill in vacant times may still do so by emailing a request. Example: Saturday’s reservations will be emailed out Friday at 8:00 a.m. We will continue to accept Saturday reservations throughout Friday to fill in any vacant times.

1 person fromyour group can send an email 2 days in advance of your desired date of play. Emails will be accepted from8:00amto 5:30pm In the Subject Line put the Date of Play In the body of the email put the desired time and the names of the players. Emails sent before 8 amwill not be accepted We will do our best to assign you a time within 1 hour of the time you requested NoVerbal request will be accepted
We will send out a tee sheet 24 hours in advance. i.e. Saturday times will be posted Friday morning at 8 am
Golf Carts To ensure the golf carts are sanitized and to reduce the spread of germs, the following procedures will be in effect during Phase I and will remain in place until otherwise directed. Before and after the use of every golf cart: • The steering wheels, glove boxes, and seat guards are disinfected with CDC approved cleaner or wipes listed on the approved Corona Virus cleaning solutions list. • The entire body and windshield of each cart will be pressure cleaned. • Hand towels, scorecards, pencils, tees, coolers, scoops, and sand bottles have been removed and will not be used on the golf carts.
Staging Area, Pre-Round • Golf carts will be available in the staging area for Members with reservations to pick up and load their own golf bags onto the golf cart. • Members may take the cart to the parking lot to load their own bag. • ONE (1) person per cart at all times unless they reside in the same household. Walking and Push Carts are allowed and encouraged
Course Access • • •
The Starter will be given a Golf Reservation Sheet each morning. Only the Members listed on the sheet will have access to the practice areas and course with additions to vacant times as requested through email during the day. The Starter will direct players to their appropriate tee at their designated time.
On The Course • Social Distancing of six (6) feet must be observed at all times, even on the tees and greens. • Once on the golf course members may use their discretion with masks. When making the turn from #9 to next course, masks must be worn while driving by the range and staging area if other Members are present. • Restrooms open on the golf course with sanitizing stations. Water and Ice Machines available. Members must bring their own water container/cup. Cups and straws will not be available. • Flagsticks with FOAM fillers in the cups will be in place. Please DO NOT touch the flagsticks. Rakes and ball washers have been removed from the course.
Staging Area, Post-Round • After playing golf, Members may drive the cart to their car and remove their clubs from the cart. • Staff members are not permitted to clean or handle Members’ items at this time. • Golf carts should be returned to the cart staging area cleared of all items. • Please remove all personal belongings, phones, keys etc. and throw away all trash. • Members shall post scores using their own personal devices. • All golfers are required to leave the golf course immediately after playing to eliminate congestion and gathering on the property or in the parking lot.
Compliance The course will be monitored by Lost City GC Staff. To protect the interest of all Members, if seen not following the guidelines, you will be approached by staff and asked to comply with the outlined standards of operation. Compliance will be expected by the state, county, city, and LCGC without exception.
Dining Areas Members and their guest do not need to wear their mask while in the dining room. Please carry it with you as you will need it in all common areas including the rest room.

Reservations needed 24 hours ahead for Dining In Dinner No Valet service until further notice. Please do not mingle between tables or at other tables.
IT MEANS YOU MUST WEAR A MASK IN THAT AREA
Members and Guest need to wear a mask in common areas INCLUDING as you walk into the restaurant. Mask to be removed when seated at table.
