The location of this project is at a migrant shelter in La Victoria, a town that is part of the municipality of Hermosillo, Sonora The site is surrounded by houses
Casa migrante was designed as an ephemeral dwelling for migrants It has the capacity to house 4 people and can be quickly assembled and transported thanks to the structural solution that allows this flexibility Bioclimatic strategies were also included in order to provide greater comfort to users without the need to consume electricity

This project is located in Hermosillo, Sonora at the Solidaridad neighborhood, which is a mainly residential area, however, there are a large number of small and family businesses such as groceries, tortilla shops, stationery stores, hardware stores, etc
The project consists of the remodeling of the facilities of a nursery that is no longer in use, in order to avail the existent construction to make room for the headquarters of Biciclando, a project that seeks to promote recycling and the circular economy, promoted by the city council of Hermosillo
The project seeks to create connections that facilitate the flow between the different dynamics that exist in the center

The site of Bloque cinco is located at the east end of Hermosillo, next to the Warehouse Districtthat is found between two neighborhoods: Las Amapolas and Las Riberas Residential
Bloque 5 is part of a housing complex of 5 collective housing buildings, which seeks to provide a worthy while economic housing space for the workers of Koval, a company that has its headquarters next to the site of the complex
The project is based on the concept of emerging, since with its design, the building perfectly incorporates the colors, textures and native vegetation of the context in which it is located, the Sonoran desert at Hermosillo It emerges from the earth to be a structure that pays homage to its context
Bloque 5 has a total of 35 apartments of 4 different types to offer a variety of options according to the users needs Type number 4 has an area that can function as a commercial space The building has a bicycle parking, rooftop, concept store, gym and laundry

The site of Casa XYZ is at Villa Alicanto Section, in Las
Mexico The lot has a total area of 493 m, however, only 278 93 m can be used for construction, due to the coefficient of land occupation established according to the regulations
Casa XYZ is a house designed for a family of three members, all of them of different generations (thats where the name of the house came from) The users are an elderly man with his daughter and granddaughter The house has a total of 392 m of construction
The house was designed with the different needs of each of its users in mind, which is why the floor plan includes a bedroom on the first level for the elderly person, as well as a home office and two bedrooms on the upper floor, spacious living rooms on both levels and outside All of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and walk-in closet
