Spotlight 2019-2020

Page 1

Good schools are incredibly exciting and vibrant places to be, and excellent schools are ones which savour and champion all manner of events and opportunities beyond the classroom doors. What lies within this brochure shines a light on the sheer breadth of experiences that await all those involved in life at LWC (whatever their vintage), championed, of course, by our remarkable pupils who relish the chance to roll up their sleeves and inspire us all with their efforts. We are proud that in our most recent inspection, this aspect of school was classified as ‘beyond excellent’ – an accolade we wish to build upon further. The ‘Pupil Voice’ as we know it is alive and well. Please take a few moments to peruse these pages and should your eyes alight on a specific event, we would be absolutely delighted to welcome you through the gates to enjoy what is on show. LWC is a school alive with possibilities; possibilities that breathe life and energy into our creative community.
