Thank You The CCF are so grateful for the support they have received so far.

A huge thank you to the Eastwood family whose generous donation (including gift aid) has covered the cost of the two banners and accessories and one of the colour carriages. "Our family is delighted to donate towards the CCF Ceremonial Appeal. We wanted to lend our support to LWC, and the CCF in particular as Lottie enjoys it so much. Clive used to carry the Union Banner for the Scouts and my late parents would have been so proud of Lottie as a cadet so the Contingent banner seemed a fitting tribute to them. We are so happy to help the school in this way." Nicola Eastwood, LWC Parent

Can You Help? The Combined cadet Force is a huge part of LWC life and takes the lead role in Remembrance Services at the College and in Long Sutton. We are extremely keen to make these and other ceremonies even more special by having official ceremonial items to add an element of prestige to our events, as well as increasing pride amongst our cadets.

We are ideally looking to find a family who could make a gift to cover one or both of the remaining items: (Donations can be made via instalments)

the second Colour Carriage for ÂŁ1,920 the sword and scabbard for ÂŁ400 Alternatively, perhaps 4 families could donate ÂŁ500 (plus gift aid) each?
